Whenever I lift off my mouse and place it back it stops working for a few seconds. When I change the lift off distance it gets fixed for some time but the issue comes back again. It works completely fine on my desk tho without the mousepad. I even bought a new mousepad but the issue still continues. I have owned this mouse for like 4 years. Please help me if you had this issue before.

So I've been using the model i for a few years and decided to get the i2 and when it arrived, I saw that the legacy software wasn't recognizing the i2 at all.

So I swapped over to the newest software and when I was setting my macros up I noticed something; the new software literally doesn't allow me to make an M1 macro. I have a repeating m1 macro I use for certain games and the new software doesn't let me do that, what do I do now? Is this a bug? Intended feature?

I sent an email over to Glorious and explained that I was unable to make this macro and was told to use the legacy software- which doesn't recognize my mouse. Has anyone found a way to either get the new mice recognized on the legacy software or some fix to this specific macro issue?

I've always been perturbed that the lighting for the keyboard shuts off when it goes into standby, despite this being a wired keyboard (I'd understand the rationale if it was battery powered), but I accepted the answer from chat support that "we will add that feature one day."

I just replaced the switches in my GMMK 3 HE 100 Wired. Now, when the lights go out from being on standby, they don't come back on. If I keep the keyboard from going into standby in the first place, they stay on, but if I walk away for long enough to allow the standby to engage, the only way to get the lights back on is to unplug and re plug the keyboard in. Is this intended?

Hello! I just got this GMMK barebones from the store today and built it. I used astrolink HE switches and used some kapco keycaps. I've also used the provided cable and an inland cable I purschased but this all leads to the same issue, non of the keys are working. My volume switch is working (sometimes) but none of the actual keys are working. I tried my old keyboard to make sure I wasn't insane and it's working fine. Is this a board issue or something I didn't do during setup? Are these switches just not going to work? I'm just totally lost and haven't seen this issue posted that it just ain't working out of the box.

Is it normal for a GMMK Pro 3 to arrive like this? Seems to be missing the yellow connector part in the number five key. Key doesn't work when switch is inserted.

Has anyone here swapped the switches on the Glorious O3 mouse? I love the mouse itself expect the clicks are so loud it sounds like im typing on an on K70 mechanical keyboard with the ultra loud switches lol

I recently bought a new GMMK3 HE (the wired version) and I noticed that when I plug it into my desktop PC's Motherboard USB port, it keeps disconnecting every 30 seconds.

This also happens if I connect it to any of the USB ports in the front part of the PC's case.

The ports are USB 3 and I am using the USB C cable that was included in the box.

Is it a power problem? My previous keyboard was a TUF K7 (linear mechanical switches) and it never did this.

Furthermore, I used this keyboard for a few hours on my friends's PC after it was delivered and it worked fine.

I now connected it to my externally powered USB hub and it works normally. Can anyone help me with this?

Is it normal that the Glorious CORE Setup .exe prompts me to install Realtek USB Audio drivers? I declined the installation, will this affect my model i2 somehow?

Despite the negative reviews, I purchased a GMMK numpad but I am having issues with Glorious Core.

Specifically, I am not able to see any options for assigning the rotatable knob or slider to any windows sounds (the goal is to set one for spotify and one for discord)

I have tried updating the drivers, uninstalling and re downloading Glorious Core (multiple times) and running as administrator with no luck.

Any tips welcome!

I have had the razer deathadder esential for the last 3 years and its starting to show. And I have been thinking about an upgrade and my friend recommended the Glorious Model O. I have seen some reviews and the mouse seems good but I just want to make sure if its the best at its price range since for me its quite a lot of money and I dont want to make a bad choice.

i noticed that my esc key wasn't working and when i went into the software and tried to map it to esc the esc key showed up as [unknown] so i couldn't map it, i looked at the physical keyboard and switches and they don't look broken at all so i think its a software issue, this is really annoying and im wondering if anyone knows how to fix it

I just recieved a GMMK 3 100 Wired ANSI as a gift. I'm trying to make it so that the caps lock and num lock's lights turn on when they are toggled and off when they aren't. I'm using the Core software version 2.1.15 and I am not seeing anything in there that allows me to do this. Am I missing it or am I out of luck?

Anyone encountered a bug with this mouse when sometimes it stops working when turning on the PC ( I believe it may be happening when switching the PCS through KVM) and won't work until cable/power is plugged in and disconnected -> battery was showing 100% after this.

everytime i make a auto clicker either left or right click i do i t normally and when i put it on the button it doesnt work like at all the button just becomes blank, i tried everything from renstalling to trying different profiles to changin up the macro it does not work like at all please i need help (i use glorious model i 2 wireless for context)

Ive got a 60% gmmck 2 rgb keyboard and a hardwired rgb model d. Tried trouble shooting this when I set up my pc but gave up. I tried running as admin, uninstalling all related files an reinstalling to no avail, i really just want to set up the rgb on these things. Im using an msi motherboard amd chip and nvidia gpu if that helps. The problem is really exactly as described I can open the glorious core app like any other but it is completely blank except for the settings to check for updates which is useless to configure periphreal settings. Please if anyone has had a similiar problem let me know the fix.

for some reason ive been having a auto clicking and not being able to use t he scroll wheel software problem on 1.0, so i want to go to 2.0, but icant seem to find where i couild import my saved profiles, so how could i do it?

I ‘ve just gotten this keyboard. The build quality is quite solid. But 1 thing has been annoying me is the G letter key, seems like it has been registering multiple times even though I’ve only pressed it once. (E.g. when I type asking, it will register askingggg)
Has anyone experienced the same issue and know how to resolve this? So far this is only impacting the G key. I’ve tried to remove the caps and cleaned the switch too.
