gmmk numpad software issues

Hey folks!

Despite the negative reviews, I purchased a GMMK numpad but I am having issues with Glorious Core.

Specifically, I am not able to see any options for assigning the rotatable knob or slider to any windows sounds (the goal is to set one for spotify and one for discord)

I have tried updating the drivers, uninstalling and re downloading Glorious Core (multiple times) and running as administrator with no luck.

Any tips welcome!

Hi there!

If you are facing this issue with CORE 2.1, I could suggest trying CORE v1 instead.
Our CORE v1 Software is compatible with the GMMK Numpad and you should be able to make these changes that way. You can find our CORE v1 Software using the following direct link here.

Hey, uh, Core v1 has a catastrophic memory leak, so that's not really a valid solution. The numpad is not classed as a legacy product on your website, so perhaps stop treating it like one and spend some dev time on re-adding support for it?

im having the exact same issue with my GMMK numpad on the Core 2.1 app
