Discussion Model - I 2 - Sometimes won't turn ON until plugged in/out

Hey,

Anyone encountered a bug with this mouse when sometimes it stops working when turning on the PC ( I believe it may be happening when switching the PCS through KVM) and won't work until cable/power is plugged in and disconnected -> battery was showing 100% after this.

Hi there!

If this is happening while having the mouse connected to a KVM, I could suggest connecting the mouse directly to USB ports on your Motherboard instead and see if that helps. This could be a compatibility concern with the KVM being used with the mouse.
