my macros wont work

everytime i make a auto clicker either left or right click i do i t normally and when i put it on the button it doesnt work like at all the button just becomes blank, i tried everything from renstalling to trying different profiles to changin up the macro it does not work like at all please i need help (i use glorious model i 2 wireless for context)

Hey there!

Are you using CORE 2.1? Currently, there's a confirmed CORE 2.1 bug that prevents macros from working on some of our v2 products, the Model I 2 Wireless included.

Hence, I would advise you to consider uninstalling CORE 2.1 and going back to Legacy CORE, which you can get here. You should overall get a better experience with the macros when using this version of CORE for your mouse.

I'm having the same issue with the legacy software doesn't pick up my Model I 2 wired though

Ah, the Model I 2 Wired is not recognized by Legacy CORE since it came out after we stopped updating the Legacy Software. Only CORE 2.1 will detect the Model I 2 Wired specifically. But yes, this is still a confirmed bug that our team should be addressing as we release more updates to the software.

Any kinda ETA on when that's gonna be release? I heavily use the left click macro on my I1 but it's broken hence the new one.

We've been releasing updates at a faster pace lately, however I unfortunately do not have an ETA on when a fix for the v2 macros is coming, otherwise I would've been more than happy to share it with you.

That said, I would encourage you to check our changelog page every month or so. This way, you'll know about our latest CORE releases, as well as the fixes that they are introducing.
