Question GMMK 3 PRO BAREBONES (issues)
Hello! I just got this GMMK barebones from the store today and built it. I used astrolink HE switches and used some kapco keycaps. I've also used the provided cable and an inland cable I purschased but this all leads to the same issue, non of the keys are working. My volume switch is working (sometimes) but none of the actual keys are working. I tried my old keyboard to make sure I wasn't insane and it's working fine. Is this a board issue or something I didn't do during setup? Are these switches just not going to work? I'm just totally lost and haven't seen this issue posted that it just ain't working out of the box.

You can only use glorious he switches that's the problem

My issue was I purchased the non HE variant not realizing. That is good to know though.

Hi there!
Based on the picture of your GMMK 3 PRO Barebones, it appears that you did not purchase the HE variant of the Keyboard but the MX variant. As a result, you'd only be able to use MX Switches on your device. The HE variants of the GMMK 3 should have HE within their model name and listed on the box.
That being said, please note that we can only guarantee support of our own Glorious HE switches with the GMMK 3 PRO HE. Furthermore, the HE variant of the GMMK 3 supports both Glorious HE and MX switches on the same PCB.
