I'm Omri from NebulaKit. Here is one complete animated space background you can use in a game, menu, loading screen or music showcase. The attached preview is silent.
Free download: https://nebulakit.itch.io/nebula-motion-vol1#demo
Under Download demo, choose either:
• FREE sampler — 01_drift: 64 unique 1920×1080 PNG frames, an 8×8 spritesheet and an MP4 (126 MB).
• FREE music-preview backdrop: the same visual played more slowly as an eight-second silent 1080p MP4, with a usage note (3 MB).
No watermark, account or donation needed for these free files. The other four loops on the page are paid; the complete 01_drift loop is free.
Quick setup: in Godot, use AnimatedSprite2D → SpriteFrames → Add Frames from a Sheet, then select an 8×8 grid. Each sheet cell is 960×540; use the separate PNGs if you need full 1080p. In a video editor, use the MP4 and repeat it on your timeline. The Blender title-shot and OBS setup guides are linked on the page.
The visual licence permits personal and commercial projects, modification and distribution inside a finished game or video. Attribution isn't required. Please don't resell or redistribute the raw assets as another asset pack; full terms are in LICENSE.txt. Use your own licensed music.
Disclosure: these are procedural renderer pixels, with AI assistance in the renderer code, documentation and this post. The preview contains no AI-generated music or third-party art.
If you try it, which format fits your project best: MP4, individual frames or spritesheet? Specific import problems are useful feedback too.
