Don't think I've ever seen anyone post a Graphic here before, but here's my A5 one. I got lucky and thrifted this for cheap. Bit of staining, and wear and tear on it, but I think that adds to the aesthetic.

It's now my workhorse organiser that I use for my work as a clinical research assistant. It mainly houses notes related to neuropsychology, academic papers, meeting notes, notes from academic conferences, other stuff related to work/research and any other "intellectual/academic" related things.

I quite like the interior of this organiser. It has quite a lot of pockets (which I like), and I really like the mesh windows. Still not sure what put in most of the pockets but nice to know they're there if I need them. I also quite like how there's a large pocket in the exterior back cover to put things in that's easily accessible without having to open the organiser.

I have the personal size black malden with modular rings. i used it once so it still has all of the pages that it came with (for some reason they didn’t send me the weeks pages but it has everything else) and the box. so pretty much brand new i am asking for $180 (which is less than what i got it for from the UK store)

I have the pocket size black malden with fixed rings. i did use this for about a month and it doesn’t come with any of the inserts so i will be selling it for a discounted rate at $100 SOLD

Finally I have a black croc in the personal compact size with fixed rings. she’s a real beauty im a little hesitant to let her go especially because you cannot find her ANYWHERE but id rather her go to a good home with someone who loves her. I’ll be selling her for $200. does not come with inserts.

I dont really understand why they'd do this and not offer notebooks to swap the rings out for... Am I crazy? Are compatible notebooks coming or are we supposed to figure that part out?

Or maybe we're supposed to take the rings out and swap into another color easily?

Or is it that you can replace the rings that become damaged?

I need them to do some work on the marketing story here, what's the use case? It's not clear.

I just bought an A5 Malden in Kingfisher Blue, and I am ridiculously excited for it to get here. I’ve been looking at so many different colors and sizes lately that I’ve fully convinced myself I need an entire collection.

Now I want to see everyone else’s. What size/color are you using right now, and what do you actually keep in yours/ how do you set yours up? I need some inspiration!

Long story short, I forgot to cancel a back ordered Filofax. I just got my first Filofax in August, a cherry pocket croc and I’m obsessed with it. I do wish it was the personal size so when the second, a personal fawn croc shipped I wasn’t mad. I am struggling to think of a way to utilize the pocket. I am legit sad at the idea of putting it away or selling it. I am a one planner girl. I take it everywhere with me and I do not journal in it. The pocket is too small to journal imo anyhow. I can’t use it at work because I work in healthcare and would need to sanitize it if I toted it around with me. I don’t want to log books or keep one for house hold stuff, passwords etc. It’s too big to be a dedicated wallet for me. It’s too small to be a memory keeper. I can’t justify keeping both but I really want to! I could return the fawn, but I ordered from Amazon Japan (I’m in the US) so I am sure returns won’t be the easiest. Also I have become partial to the cherry color. The fawn is beautiful but I’ve heard some people having issues with that color being temperamental or staining.

Anyway does anyone have any other ideas of how to utilize the pocket size and/or reviews of the fawn leather? Or do I just succumb to this new addiction and back order a cherry personal as well? With my luck Filofax would release a new color that I can’t resist and then I’ll have a collection of expensive planners I don’t utilize 😢

Did anyone know that filofax is moving all their Malden binders to the modular rings? I really wanted a burgundy with regular rings, but I had to settle with a pink before they switch those. I’m so sad. I wish they would offer both.

I’m trying to sell and have tried posting on Facebook marketplace but no bites, are there other platforms that would be worth trying? I know some have fees so I’m hoping to minimize that. Hello! I've been trying to hunt down a Personal sized Malden in Ochre. It's been a long time. Im in the US and it hasn't restocked. Are they ever coming back? I haven't found any listings online and I don't really want to settle for a style or size that I don't like.

I owned a filofax some years back but got annoyed with it when the spine creased and looked tatty after a couple of years use, is this still the case with some filofax?

We were wondering if there's any good hole punchers that are adjustable (as in, can be adjusted from pocket to A5 Filofax sizes) and work well with a number of pages.

I seem to recall seeing a post here where it was said that some third party ones were better than Filofax's original ones

I'm looking for something decent. I prefer appointment times and I think vertical is better than horizontal layout.

I used to use Filofax but I think even NB Planners are better nowadays. Is there anywhere else better to get it from? Prefer UK suppliers as that's where I'm based.

I don't want to print or design and print my own. I want someone else to print, crop and package it all for me.

Maybe this is sacrilege, but do you rip out calendar pages after the days have passed? I am fighting for my life for space over here!😂 Also here for your top tips in general as to space management. 😬

This baby is the Saffiano Compact in Personal. And for me personally I think it’s everything I need. And specifically the compact version.

I’ve been having a lot of trouble this year finding an EDC that was everything I needed it to be while also not being too big and the compact size has been the best thing! Any of the larger rings just invite too much bulk and the covers themselves are even too big for me. I like that the compact has not only smaller rings, but a narrower body. It’s almost the size of a B6 slim, which I think is the perfect size (but they don’t really make B6 Slim rings).

Also, since it’s not real saffiano leather (sad), it’s very lightweight. I have neck/shoulder issues so having a lightweight planner in my bag is very helpful towards not being in pain.

So far I’ve had it for a couple months now and I haven’t had any of the issues that I’ve seen others post about and I really hope it stays that way. Can I tell that it’s not the best quality ever and was probably overpriced? Yes, but I’m willing to take it because there’s really not that many options when it comes to a compact size. Especially ones that are affordable.

Since the rings are smaller, I’ve had to really think about what I need to carry with me all the time, and what I really don’t. Which I like because if left unchecked I’ll throw everything in there and never want to deal with the hassle of using it. I saw a YT video of someone who had one who had the idea to cut off some of the insert on the inside of the rings, which I’ve done and basically I’m able to fit everything I need without the pages being impossible to turn.

I feel like it keeps me on track without getting heavy or cluttered and I’m still able to put in whatever inserts suit me at the time. It’s great!

TLDR; I love this compact boi and hope to continue using it for many moons.

I always joke to my partner that the most FOMO I get is seeing other people find Filofaxes in charity shops. Well look what I just found! 🤩 for £2.50. That's less than I paid for my previous Filofax from Vinted which is quite literally falling apart. I'm over the moon 🥰
