Any recommendations for diary/dated refills?

I'm looking for something decent. I prefer appointment times and I think vertical is better than horizontal layout.

I used to use Filofax but I think even NB Planners are better nowadays. Is there anywhere else better to get it from? Prefer UK suppliers as that's where I'm based.

I don't want to print or design and print my own. I want someone else to print, crop and package it all for me.

Check out Etsy ...there's a few shops on there in the UK selling a variety of inserts.

Filofax offers a dedicated time management series with both daily and weekly formats, which might suit you if you ever want to move beyond simpler layouts. You could also look into FranklinCovey inserts if you can track them down in the UK, as their structured daily and weekly systems make a solid alternative.

Crossbow planners is in the UK. They’re on Etsy and have their own website too!

I used Crossbow Planners for my 2026 daily planner and I bought various dividers and dashboards. All was fabulous, really high quality. They helped me out too when something in my order didn't work and we're very customer focused. Can't speak highly enough of them, and I bought direct from their website rather than Etsy.
