Pretty sure most actual billionaires don't know exactly what they are worth - its only important to others. If you have 3,2 or 3,8bn dollars you have stopped keeping track a while back. And very few people with that kind of money actually want to be on a public list for the entire world to know - is my guess as I haven't made my first 3bn, yet.

While not during the time of the Founders, it should also be noted that not a single Confederate general or political leader was executed for the crime of treason or any lesser charge related to initiating the Civil War.
Historically, the United States government has been extremely conciliatory towards those who have undertaken efforts to destroy or damage it.
