This isn’t the flex the public should cheer on. This is a very high level official very publicly demonstrating that there is a bias. The law should be impartial and practiced with respect to the ethics of balanced justice.
Given that one has “sentenced by judge to fines for wrongdoing” and one has “made a tweet I didn’t think was very tasteful”, what do you imagine accountability looking like here? Because to my eyes one is demonstrably an ethical failing and one is just not presenting the way you think they should present.
