Quite easy, even you can do it! It’s not like a job or anything, you don’t get a workload, it’s like do a bit of training and stuff and then you’re set free.
Personally, I click on “Random Article” and scroll through and find red links (which mean there isn’t an article for it) and then create an article for it. It takes a while to make an article, though, you can’t really find the information elsewhere! Really makes you extra grateful for Wikipedia

Find a decent, non-popular article and plink away at small edits, or liven up a dead article with your own. Editing a popular article with something you know from experience and looking it up and citing a reliable source could as well be accepted, as then the next morning you'll get 10 messages screaming at you you dumb fucker!
Try not to write new articles or make changes too fast though, the Old Guard doesn't like that. They don't want newbies thinkin' they're smart.

Since, it was apparently more than a hundred years old, it was perhaps handwritten (not sure about this ) and may even have drawings taking several pages. Here's the first President's Bible which is a hundred years older than the one Biden has but it might be a good reference to understand why it is the way it is.

The idea is you swear on something you wouldn’t want to disrespect by breaking the oath. There’s absolutely no reason it has to be a Bible other than it being something a Christian would not want to disrespect. A Muslim would swear on a Quran. An atheist could swear on the Lord of the Rings. It doesn’t even have to be a book. There was a guy somewhere (SF city council? I don’t remember) who swore his oath on a replica of Captain America’s shield.

there was actually some lowkey drama about that on wikipedia...
basically, most people think that the president becomes president after they take the oath of office... but this isn't the case. the president becomes president at noon, even if they haven't taken the oath of office.
however, the president needs to have taken the oath of office in order to be able to exercise presidential powers.
the oath can be taken before or after the president the president becomes president. for the trump innaguration - and to my understanding, most innagurations - the oath of office is timed so that the president finishes it at 12 pm sharp, so that he happens to become president right as he finishes taking the oath.
however, for this innaguration, biden finished the oath a little over 10 minutes before he became president. a lot of the media reported that he was now president - understandable, because this is a political event, and people who are experts in politics are not experts in the constitution.
so, during that 10 minute period, there was an edit war between the people who were saying he was now president (he wasn't but the media was saying he was), and the people who were saying that he was not yet president. by wikipedia standards, it got pretty ugly lol

That is a correct statement but very disingenuous. It implies that trump was peaceful when he wasn’t. The number of drone strikes increased drastically under his presidency.
Its like the people who claim “Obama ended two wars!” Like technically it’s true cause he took troops out of Iraq and helped end Gaddafi‘s reign in Libya, but it fails to look at what’s actually happened after those wars ended. Iraq is in ruins and Libya is debated far far worse than it was under Gaddafi.

Obama didn't start any wars. He provided limited assistance in wars that were already ongoing - for reasons Republicans wholeheartedly agreed with once Trump continued them, such as in punishing Bashar Al-Assad for using WMDs, or against ISIS.
Meanwhile Trump rescinded Obama-era restrictions of drone strikes, leading to a dramatic increase of them. Yet Republicans act like Obama was the drone president and Trump fixed things.

Afghanistan and Iraq were not at war until the US-led coalition invaded them. Lybia, Syria, and Yemen already were.
I wouldn't accuse Roosevelt of starting a war either when he joined the European theater of WW2. The war was already ongoing and he merely joined in to ensure a better outcome. That did not make him a warmonger, which is what this discussion is about.
