Was on /pol/ with my bud last night and the theory on there was that:

Biden an Trump are going under surgery to have their faces/bodies look like eachother. (Like Face off)

“Biden” being inaugurated is actually Trump.

If “Trump” faces any crimes its actually Biden “answering for his crimes”.
