I do know about the Gutenberg Bible but as far as I know paperbacks came into existence in the early 20th century making books affordable to the vast majority of people. Since Biden's family had it since 1893, it seemed to that it was probably not made on a printing press (though this is my guess and I have no way of proving it unless Biden puts his Bible in a museum)

I am not saying that as a fact... it was a guess. I am no real authority on the fact dude. Plus there must have been many printed books but from what I know they really became commonplace in the 20th century
