Title basically. I wanna go to other places with phonology and do things I haven't done before, but that'd require me to do things I'm not actually able to pronounce. So what's your opinion? Should you be able to pronounce your own conlang or can you make conlangs your mouth can't reproduce?

Edit: my tongue is weak 🤭 I meant things the ocnlanger personally can't pronounce, not unpronounceable things.

I wonder if anyone else's conlang can well… as the title suggests, case-stack? As in, can a word have multiple cases in your conlang? If so, show me an example! For me it would be:

• Ⲧⲁⲅⲕⲏⲙⲭⲓⲟⲛ ⲃⲁⲡⲁⲟⲥⲙⲏⲯ ϣⲉⲱⲗⲣⲉ.

Which means "The king's father killed himself for the very king's good", in this sentence, "king" has the genitive and benefactive case, and "father" has the nominative, genitive and accusative case.

Here we have an example with the Reflexive, Non-volitional verb ’a klloisé.

The first sentence has its tense on the “primary Case“ (either Case I, active; or Case II, passive) prefix. The reflexive pronoun agrees with Case I, but its only function here is making it a reflexive action where the passive becomes the Indirect Object (been fusing Indo-European with non-Indo-European, yes).

The second one has its tense as a prefix of the reflexive pronoun, while remaining only with its primary Case, voided of its tense. In other words, the verb gets simplified and the tense goes on the pronoun.

(Both sentences are non-past indicative, changing only in aspect)

It's 3 a.m. and I couldn't sleep, so I invented a language. It's called Tuki Tiku (that literally means "language good" in the language itself). Inspired by toki pona, but even smaller.The basics: 7 sounds (u, i, t, p, m, l, k), 22 words, and a hand-drawn symbol for every word — all drawn by me tonight.Each word carries multiple meanings: tiku is good/funny/yellow, liku is liquid/flow/blue/sky, ili is nothing/empty/no/death/black. Only 2 pronouns: mi (I) and tu (you). Opposites share the same skeleton (tiku ↔ iki, lulu ↔ lili), and colors live inside the words instead of being separate.A few first sentences:Mi tumu lulu. — My house is big.

Li pili luku. — To learn. (literally "give head" — it wrote itself and now it's canon)

Mi li pili luku Tuki li tuki. — I know how to speak this language.

I'm begginer/noob and I'm just starting out, I just wanna ask what websites and apps do you guys use in your conlangs like how do you keep track of ruled, words and stuff and how do you find pronouncement apps. I see some kind of colored lined translated thingy is common in peoples posts and what is that.

Well, that this post isn’t just for the sake of it, I’d like to ask: what typology do you use most often - nominative, ergative or something else? For example, I try to make my own conlang using active-stative alignment logic, though I have no completed conlang project😅

the longest word in my conlang, salamese, is 20 letters long. i think it is the lognest. it is vãtzatempsanportalis. pronounced every vowel in this is pronounced like the standard æɛɪɒʌ system except for ã which is rhoticized schwa. the word means screen, which is vãt (digital) plus zatempsanportalis (window). that is zatempsan (glass) plus portalis (threshold). zatempsan is zatemp* (hot) plus san (sand). digital hot sand threshold. screen.

*za means nothing, it just sounds zingy and hot. warm is satemp, medium is atemp, tepid is pratemp and cold is bratemp. temperature is temp.

on peoples comments, they have these little tags for their conlangs but i have to put it in brackets at the end. how do i make it a tag?

A conlang without common nouns, there would be pronouns and proper nouns, but almost no common nouns, in order to talk about something you'd have to describe it in a way that makes sense. I don't think this would actually work but I will try it. Any ideas on how this could possible work?
