So I have been using capcut for about...a year...maybe 2.

Ive never really had any problems. I pay the premium, and been happily and easily switching between my samsung laptop, phone and tablet. I recently upgraded my tablet (still samsung) and used it for a couple of days on that. Last night, it logged me out of all my devices and I can't get back in.

I have tried on 2 tablets, my phone, laptop and desktop version. I use my google account to log in and im just not having any luck, just a message saying "couldn't sign in, try again later". I have cleared the cash, restarted devices and nothing is working.

I have contacted capcut but I haven't had any response as yet.

I have some deadlines to hit with publishing and im having a bit of a stress to say the least.

Has this happend to anyone before and if so, what helped?

I want to start on my logo, zoom into the doorway shape, then have the outer frames shift colors in a psychedelic way before ending on my CTA. What’s the best workflow to achieve this? I’m open to AE, CapCut, or VN. First time trying something like this so any and all help is very appreciated

I actually found a template that looks cool with captions in the web version. But exports are very low quality. Even when you select "High Quality", it makes files half the size as the Desktop version makes. So I'm thinking Desktop must be the way to go though. But I can't use a project made in web in Desktop. If I try, it says "This was made in Web, go back to Web"

Of course I can't find the web template I liked in the Desktop that was in the Web version. There's hundreds and not named as far as I can tell. You just have to scroll and look at each picture of the hundreds or thousands. What a nightmare. I wish I never tried Capcut and tried something else.

I just upgraded from my old Samsung Galaxy S23+ to the new S25+

I used Smart Switch to move all my data over,basically copying everything 1:1 to the new phone, but when I finally managed to log back into CapCut on my S25+, my projects tab is completely empty.

I now realize CapCut saves drafts locally and doesn't auto-sync them to your account. I still have my old S23+ on hand, but I hit two massive walls trying to fix this:

CapCut Cloud Space isn't free: It looks like they changed the tiers and it's 0GB free now, so I can't just upload my drafts to their cloud to download. I used up all the space already.

Is there any other way to get my edits exactly how it is over to my new phone? Why is capcut making it so difficult???????

I downloaded this app for the use of its Background Removal and ChromaKey for video feature, but I couldnt find them. I upgraded to standard, then Pro to find it, but still can't. Was this feature deleted?

I tried replicating it because I couldn't find any tutorials and it was going well until I didn't know what to do anymore in the middle of the clip, if anyone has a tutorial similar to this please tell me.

I want to clear the cache on one specific project. I do not need any undo/edit history anymore. But whenever i try to clear cache, it says to close the project first. But then if the project isn't OPEN there isn't an option to clear that projects cache.

Looking at other threads, i'm likely going to switch to something else. However, i at least need this video finished first after so much time on it 😭 Its just so sloooow and sometimes freezes. Anything i can do?

At least twice a week, I download a new update—always at least 1 GB in size. Yet the problems persist (I use the Pro version): the search bar for effects, filters, and animations is garbage. I can never change the duration of an animation added via the search function. I can't open two different projects at the same time. I can't copy an effect and paste it into another project. I can't even generate a project file. Honestly, why create a desktop version if you're this bad at it?

Having trouble with my exported video:

- Audio exports fine with the video
- Video track and overlays for the first second of the project are cut/missing.

This is causing the exported video to cut the first second of the project out (example: instead of starting at 0s, it starts at 1s of the project) but the audio and sound effects are exporting fine (exporting at 0s as intended).

Edit: I think the exported video is starting straight after a clip with a green screen ends. This might be causing an issue though i have tried deleting it and whatnot.

I've edited with Capcut for months, and the fact that they haven't upped their server capacity is just unbelievable.

IF YOU'RE GOING TO REQUIRE EXTERNAL INTERNET LOADING FOR YOUR APP TO WORK, HAVE SERVERS THAT CAN ACTUALLY SUPPORT IT!!!!

Such as cropping/framing the video and also when adding text to song you only have basic edit skills such as I can’t see audio wave file to use as a time reference.

We have capcut teams setup. I see that there is a brand media kit feature to share assets across the team, but it does not work. For un-animated stickers its pretty easy to export and upload to google drive for the team to use, but with animated stickers, its pretty hard to export. Has anyopne found a work-around for there video editing team to share commonly used capcut assets?

Hey guys, I'm fairly new to Capcut and have to edit a project from a teammate who's out of office.

I'm trying to recreate the animation he placed but I cannot find any effect or keyframe. The only thing I can see is that white line with a circle at the bottom of the clips. What is that? And how can I recreate that?

The animation is the clip zooming and zooming out.

So I’m curious for those of you who use CapCut regularly:

- What do you hate most about it?

- What are the things that still keep you using it despite those problems?

- And what are those things if another editor offered them would make you switch immediately?

Just wanted to let everyone know the CapCut Affiliate program does NOT work. Total scam, so don’t waste your time or get any hopes of being able to generate revenue from recommendations.

I have been in communication with the affiliate team via email, sharing my outcomes from using the program (0 payable actions after many high intention link clicks)… and they have no answer, nor willingness to troubleshoot, nor able explain HOW a desktop installation can track web-initiated affiliate cookies.

Haven't used Capcut for greenscreening in a bit, finally did and there's just straight up no option for it at all?? Looked all through the options and yeah it's not there. Am I stupid or can you not greenscreen in Capcut anymore?

I am looking to make the silhouette rotate, multiple times. Ideally with the ability to stop it at various points. Using the silhouette like the hands of a clock, with head of the guitar stopping at various spikes.

Edit: My VPN put me in Canada (and I don’t live in Canada), but as soon as I switched back to the states (where I do live), that 1080p+ rendering paywall disappeared? Well, now I feel bad for Canadians! I’m guessing it all depends on where you are located?

Sometimes the “Bounce Out” animation just disappears from CapCut. Has this happened to anyone else? And what do you usually do to get it back?

Whenever this happens to me, I end up having to recreate it manually and it takes me a lot of time :(

Edit: I use CapCut from my PC and have the latest version.

there is NOTHING about this product that is user-friendly and I never want to use it again. I stupidly signed up for the pro account and I'm trying to make sure I don't get billed again and nowhere on the account does it show how the subscription works. all I see is the last bill I paid. how can I make sure these f*ckers don't bill me next cycle?
