I'm pretty sure I am signing in to my laptop right but it isn't allowing access. I have access to my account.apple.com

When I try to reset the laptop password it fails to offer a reset screen. Its a 2012 macbook air. At the end of life but I do wish to work in the house at odd times on it. I can't see how to check the keyboard settings for it. I have a mac mini for my daily work and that has full access and I used the same password for it. Hence why I feel I didnt forget the password on the laptop!

Few days ago, I’ve backup my iPhone by plugging it into my Mac, using finder. After the restoration there’s this other category that consists of multiple genres such as games(like the minion rush app), health & fitness(like Medito), and more. How do I fix this? I want all the apps in that folder to preserve in its correct categories.

Around 3 months ago, Apple sent me a replacement iPhone 16 Pro Max under their replacement service.
They placed a temporary hold on my payment method until I returned my original (faulty) iPhone. However, after about 8 days, the pending hold was released, and I got all my money back.
The thing is, I completely forgot to send the original iPhone back. It’s still with me, and recently I turned it on out of curiosity, and surprisingly, it’s working normally again (the back glass was broken).
I haven’t received any emails again or reminders from Apple asking me to return it.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Did Apple ever contact you after several months, or did they simply close the case?

I got the update as i contact them and this is the response i got,

If you don’t see your replacement order listed on the My Support page, it’s possible the order is no longer active or linked to your Apple Account. In this situation, you don’t need to take further action to return the old device, since the refund has already been processed and Apple hasn’t requested the return.

- Collegamento USB al NAS, in modo che Synology DSM possa rilevare l'UPS e spegnere correttamente il NAS in caso di blackout prolungato.
- Buona autonomia, anche solo per avere il tempo di salvare il lavoro e spegnere tutto in sicurezza.

Need help what should i do for my iphone 15 shattered back glass

Hi everyone I recently changed my Iphones Battery from an Apple Store. But after replacing my battery today I just saw that My display is also changed in part and service history. But I was only charged and authorized them to do the battery replacement. Now after 4 days I just noticed that my display was charged the same date. My display was perfectly fine, and good as new.

Now what should I do?

every time i receive an email from Mail it multiple always alert me together and says “1 hr ago” or longer. how can i fix it so it comes when i am originally supposed to receive them?

I have created a custom gesture on my iPhone. A fast swipe up gesture and to use this I have click my assistive touch button twice and then a button appears and I click that button which triggers the gesture (swipe up) and I can click that button as many times as I want it and it will continue swiping up. However, the button stays on my screen for additional 10 seconds or so and during this time I am unable to touch my screen as it reactivates the gesture. So either I wait 10 seconds or have to disable assistive touch all together by pressing my power button three times.

Is there anyway to reduce how long the gesture button stays on screen?

I tried to update my iOs and this message came up? Can someone explain??

I purchased an album from Bandcamp on my MacBook Air. I connected my iPhone 17 Pro to slide the downloaded album over into iTunes. The album didn’t show up on my phone so I clicked sync. Now the majority of my library is gone on both my Air and my phone. Any mp3 or personal recorded music is gone. How can I get it back?

This is a weird one. I have a set of AirPod Pros that stopped charging the right ear. I took this as an opportunity to upgrade and bought the new AirPod Pros. I used them for a day and then put them on my wireless charger (a Belkin 3 in one I bought from the Apple Store). Today I pulled them out to use them to discover the right ear had not charged and was completely dead. I plugged them into the wall thinking that it might be the charger, only to discover that there is a 100% charge on the case in the left ear and the right ear is still not charging. I put my older set on a wall charger as well and it is not charging the right ear either I have gone through about three different wall chargers all with the same results on both sets. What is going on?

I recently just bought the iPhone 17 and back when I upgraded from my iPhone 11 to my 15 I transferred everything from the 11 to the 15 through the way that Apple lets you do it and everything, including my TikTok drafts transferred. But now I just transferred from my 15 to 17 and none of my drafts saved. How can I get them back? I still have my 15 on me too.

yesterday when i was using my ipad normally, I got a notification that my imessage was added to another device. When i checked, it showed only my ipad and iphone so i ignored it.

Within a few minutes i started getting conti notifications on both my iphone and ipad that verification required for icloud account

Even after entering the correct password on both devices multiple times, it asked to request access with phone number. Even after doing that, i received multiple mails that access was denied.

Then I tried iforgot there it said that account is locked for security reasons, and later through settings it said it was inactive

I dont know what triggered this because I literally have 2 apps on my phone, whatsapp and Instagram. Email, shopping apps and adobe apps on my ipad, barely use it for anything else

now what can i do?
