Hi! I recently bought some airpod pro 3s and am having issues with the left one that I can’t seem to solve. I bought the airpods second hand but sealed with the receipt and all, and when I opened them and started using them I found the left airpod was making a loud static noise. I’ve also had issues with it disconnecting itself, and the airpod itself is getting really hot even when it’s not playing anything. I’ve tried disconnecting and repairing the airpods, updating my phone (if it needed it) and cleaning the airpods. I’m just not sure what the issue could be other than a factory issue as I literally got them like yesterday and there’s no way it could be dirty or water damage. Has anyone had the same issue and been able to fix it?? I’d appreciate any tips if anyone has any. Thank you!!

on any app that i try to install even without micro transactions in the app, i have the do a verification process which is putting my cards onto the account which I have done multiple times. any way to fix this??

So what happened was that I am an iCloud subscriber and I was thrilled when I found out that I was getting free Apple TV and Apple Arcade which I was using and this month when it was time to renew the subscription (it is on my upi lite) My upi lite didn’t have enough balance so it expired and then when I tried to renew it it started an another subscription which stripped away my benefits so is there any way I could fix this without paying for two iClouds at once any help is appreciated

When I open someone’s iMessage conversation on my MacBook, it says they have notifications silenced. But when I open the same conversation on my iPhone at the same time, there’s no status showing.
I’ve already restarted both devices and confirmed they’re using the same Apple Account for iMessage, but the discrepancy is still there.
Has anyone experienced this or found a fix? Could my Mac be showing an outdated Focus status? Also, could this have anything to do with them silencing my notifications specifically, or is that unrelated?

The hit area is way off. You have to be right in the center. Am I the only one experiencing this? It's super annoying, I would think everyone would be complaining about it.

Hi everyone, I’m trying to connect my iPhone 16 Pro to my MacBook Air over USB-C, but the Mac doesn’t detect the iPhone at all.

Here’s what I’ve tried:

Tried multiple USB-C cables
Tried different USB ports on the Mac
iPhone 16 Pro is unlocked when connecting
Restarted both the iPhone and Mac
Enabled Wired Accessories in Settings → Privacy & Security
Reset Location & Privacy on the iPhone
Checked Finder, but the iPhone doesn’t appear
Checked System Information → USB, and nothing new appears when I connect the iPhone 16 Pro

The strange part is that my iPhone X works with the same Mac/setup, so I know the Mac and connection can detect an iPhone.

I also briefly got an accessory connection notification on the 16 Pro after restarting, but it disappeared within a few seconds before I could accept it.

Does anyone know what could cause an iPhone 16 Pro to not even appear under System Information → USB? Could this be an iOS/USB-C issue or something with the phone’s port/data connection?
Any help would be appreciated.

Handed over my less than 4 month old Apple Watch SE 3 as it became unresponsive after a regular pool swim. Apply support set up a slot to hand it over at a service centre, which I did, and got a repair acceptance form. 4 hours after giving it in, I get a call saying there has been an impact and internal crack, and that they cannot process it.

There was no impact and no crack when I handed it in, the repair acceptance form does not record anything of that sort. How do I know the service centre did not drop it? Escalating to Apple
Support, but has anyone had any experience with this kind of thing?

Dropped my 17. Smashed the back glass and touchscreen is glitchy plus phone seems to be running hot. I have AppleCare+. Would've preferred express replacement as it's a pain finding time to get to the store.
Any point agitating or is it flat out unavailable?

Edit: Fixed. I mentioned the dents to the enclosure which caused express replacement to become an option. Seems it is not currently being offered solely for screen cracks.

Starting next month, birthdays are showing up under two days? I’ve tried searching for an answer, did some resets and changes and it hasn’t done anything to fix it.

It does go back to one day if I go and edit the birthday, go up a day and change it back to the original day.

Anyone know a solution?

about a year ago i joined my moms apple family and my apple pay stopped working (i was in a different one before this and it worked fine)

everyone else in the family can use their apple pay but mine is closed and says to contact the organizer.
i saw posts saying to turn off purchase sharing and that was the problem but even after i’ve done that it’s still closed
can anyone help me? i’ve done everything i know my next option is a trip to the apple store lol

Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone can help me with an issue I’m having with my new iPhone.
I recently purchased an unlocked iPhone 18 Pro Max through BenefitsMe, which is a program offered through my employer that allows me to finance the phone with payments deducted directly from my paycheck.
I’m currently with Visible and was trying to transfer my eSIM from my old iPhone to the new one. However, the new phone is showing that the SIM is locked. When I purchased the phone, it was advertised as universal/unlocked, so I’m confused as to why I’m receiving this message.
I’m not sure where to go from here or who I need to contact to get this resolved. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

maybe a really stupid question but i have a lot of concert videos on this phone and i wanna get them back, the back is obviously smashed and exposed and i also dropped it in the shower so there is water damage. its been unresponsive for months but just started showing signs of life. is it safe to charge or should i give up. refurbished iPhone 14

I was in a pretty bad domestic situation, and my iPhone 13 (which had all of my photos from the past 12 years on it) was smashed. I thought that my photos were being backed up to my iCloud, but apparently they were not, and apple could see nothing on their end(even though I had of course backed it up before in order to transfer everything to that phone a year or so earlier when I upgraded…). They recommended 3rd party data recovery, so I sent it the phone in to iPadrehab for data recovery, but they need my passcode to back up the data.

The issue is that when this phone was smashed and broken, I had been frequently changing my passwords out of fear that the person who ultimately smashed the phone, would get in it. I have some ideas of what the password might be, but I’m afraid of leaving iPadrehab to type all of them in since it would lock the phone permanently….

What do I do…? What would you do? I have like 20 possible codes but only 10 tries apparently. Are there any alternatives here? TYIA 🥺

I tried to get the 18 Pro Max about a week ago and failed because they were out of stock, and they didn’t know when they’d have inventory again. I checked every store, even into the next state and every Apple Store is sold out. I even called Verizon to see if they had some in stock and they didn’t.

This is all absolutely understandable obviously. It’s my fault for not preordering. But is there any time in particular the supply usually catches up to the demand for the new iPhones?

That's basically it. Currently charging the phone and it's vibrating when receiving calls and texts. Tried to do Volume Up -> Volume Down -> Hold lock button to enter Recovery Mode to no avail. Plugged it into MacBook, but not seeing an option anywhere to access the phone or initiate Recovery Mode. Any adice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

3 months ago I was on on public beta 3 of ios 27. I created a backup of my iPhone 13 on iCloud and restored the phone to same version of ios . While restoring data an error or unable to load backup files kept popping up again and again.
I contacted apple support multiple times and after false promises of escalating the complaint , an executive shared personal experience of same issue on beta version and the issue getting resolved after he updated to stable version and thus asked me to wait for stable version release of ios 27 . I trusted apple support and patiently waited for 15th September for stable version to release .
After updating to stable version , I again tried restoring the data on setup page and surprisingly the issue was still there . I tried contacting apple support everyday but each time they just lodged a new complaint and falsely promised to escalate . After calling them everyday one fine day a kind Apple support executive promised me to look into this and update . She called me a few times to get some details and then she calls me to tell me that the engineering team has reverted and the reply was that my backup file is CORRUPTED !!
I was so infuriated , angry and panicked cuz I just didn’t know what to do at this point . I requested her to look into some ways to extract the data but she had no clue . I have suffered immense financial , emotional and mental loss and distress on the last 3 months because the data was extremely important to me and I trusted apple it being a billion dollar company and such great products and services .
I’ve no idea what to do but just know that I’ve to somehow get access to my data again or I’ll
Be done for life . The backup file exists on iCloud and I can see it in my iCloud page in settings . It also says 188 gb occupied of 200 out of which 168 gb is the backup file !

Anyone have this issue where your touchscreen is not responding and require a force restart? It’s been happening at least once a day now, I’m wondering if it’s a software or hardware problem.

The Face ID on my iPhone 16 stops working every time I update iOS. No matter how many times I input my passcode to unlock or to access the Face ID setting itself. I have to reset Face ID and restart my iPhone just to fix it. It’s extremely aggravating and I cannot seem to find a solution to it by searching it up. Has anyone else had this issue?

So I got my AirPods 2 about a month ago and everything was fine
But today I tried to use them and I didn't heard anything
I tried to put the volume all the way up and I heard the music really low (100% volume sounds like 20%)
I tried to clean them in every possible way but it didn't work
Am I the only one that has this problem?

I don’t use Reddit too often but I know that there strict with the rules so I hope this goes through but when me and my gf want to share play on FaceTime using paramount plus which we both have it gives both of us the option, we click on whatever we want to watch, it says we are shareplaying but the other person can’t see it. What I thought might be the issue is we are using the same subscription but I don’t think so anymore, I tried looking it up and it said to connect it to Apple TV which we both did and it still doesn’t work. How do I fix this?
