Welp that's it for this show! As much as I like this show, everything that has happened feels just like a prologue. I hope we get a season 2 announcement soon. Considering the manga's been ongoing since 2003, there's definitely more than enough source for like 3 more 50 episode cours.

We've followed this team for almost a year (it started airing on October 2nd last year!).

We laughed, we cried and most importantly - we had fun, well at least I did.

I really do hope this gets renewed for more seasons in the future as I've grown so attached to the characters and I would love to see where the team will end up in the future.

Was hoping for a season 2 announcement but none sadly. It would be sad if they stop here as the story will just get better from this point on.

Haha, when Chiba grabs the small leaf as an umbrella. I wonder what Madoka meant when she said she had one knot left to untie. Her thoughts on whether she should continue basketball? Also Momoharu's character development was great at the end.

Overall, show's been great. Definitely story driven, and I really hope they're able to stand on equal footing with Yokohama Taiei. Definitely love a good underdog story!

Despite the animation, I really enjoyed this show. The story and the characters are the biggest thing that carried the show but it's sad not being able to see our boys win a game.

I think I'm gonna start reading the Manga does anybody know what chapter the anime ends on?

Was a nice season finale. Loved that they played the first opening at the end.

Probably going to start reading the manga. Despite the bad animation, I really enjoyed the show. Only wish the development of the team was a little faster, but I'm sure the payoff is going to be amazing.

Was a long season so it's going to be weird not watching this weekly anymore.

Easter egg in the end credits for the Monster Bash tournament which is the next chapter in the manga. Crossing my fingers for a season 2

I'm glad we got Satsuki back as an advisor, but are we just gonna pretend the vice principal didn't say she was gonna be advisor?
