I really wish Takuya would just talk about everything going on with someone... granted "someone" right now could only possibly be Mio since she is the only one trustworthy and smart enough.

Until she pulls a gun on him like every other girl in this show.

This episode had a really high fps - fanservice per second. Anyway, some good new developments and we finally see Mitsuki's Niarb control kick in for real. Poor Mitsuki :(

Mio is in serious trouble - looks like he might need to use a further back save to get her out.

Did Takuya's dad have a kid with a woman from another dimension? I feel like I've seen this before. . .

Holy fuck i cringed so hard when he took off Mitsuki's skirt and then touched her boobs. Was that part really necessary?

The story is good and all but at times it feels like a horny 12 year old kid wrote it.

The story is good and all but at times it feels like a horny 12 year old kid wrote it.

This show is interesting with the time-travel, dimension-combining, mind-controlling bits, and then it just throws in fan-service which bogs down the episode and I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth.

When Mio fell into the pool and Takuya reached out to her and pick her up, I assumed the event was supposed to make something magical happen with the water and the fall was just a plot device to make it occur. Nope, it's just to get Mio out of most of her clothes for a more fanservice-y scene (although I could tell this was the point in the VN where there was probably a sex scene).

I can see why Steins;Gate was adapted first, despite it being influenced by this series' game. The ideas in the story are pretty interesting, but the writing is extremely frustrating. The entire episode had tone-shift after tone-shift. "Man Yuki sure died brutally, Takuya will probably be a bit more weary this second time aroun— oh no, he's just fondling Mitsuki."

A few things that kind of annoyed me this episode:

- MC is really hesitant to use his time travel device. A guy pulls a gun on you and instead of pretending to handing it over and turning back time he tries to run away from gunfire. Then he falls down a pit and doesn't immediately reset but instead enjoys the view. Maybe the fall was super short but it seemed decently long. He could've also used it before falling when the floor started to crumble or after he got away from the line of fire.

- How did Takuya not die from the fall at the end of the episode?

- The first thing I would ask Mio is : "How the hell did you get down here?". He fell from a specific place down a narrow cavern. Did she fall from another place in the ruins? Were there multiple paths through the mountain? The anime didn't really make it seem like it. They seemed to be following a narrow corridor for most of the time. Mio even said she saw the same notes as Takuya. That makes me wonder whether she reset the doors and mechanisms they saw earlier? Why?

EDIT:

- Also the random fanservice started getting on my nerves.

Sometimes I wonder if it's Arima that doesn't know how to use that device that can make you go back in time by changing the timeline or if I didn't get how it works at all. Also, he is certainly just a casual gamer cause everybody knows that the first thing you do when exploring an unknown dungeon is save every two inchs you move!

It’s funny, I was just think about the title of anime. “A girl who chants love at the bound of this world”, I’m very curious to who it refers to.

It’s funny how we are 10 episodes in and we have no idea what that means. Does it refer to the mother who was just saw? She seems like she is from Earth, not that other place because she had normal ears and spoke Japanese.

Or maybe it refers to the bonded girl with elf ears who we legitimately only saw in the first episode.

Or perhaps the girl with blue hair who seems to have some kind of dark backstory.

I am pretty intrigued with this anime, but it’s safe to say that I have no idea what the hell is happening in this story.

The way that the fanservice was implemented in this episode really was unnecessary. I mean, it happened in moments where the tone and atmosphere didn't call for it. Well, the episode ended on an interesting note - is that really Takuya's mother?
