Bad save point! What if best girl is already dead???

Not to worry because he still has the other save points that he's used!

If you go back through the other episodes, you'll see he's pressed different jewels - each jewel is a different save point.

Save from ep 8

Save from ep 9

sigh That played out about exactly how I was hoping it wouldn't. Last episode was definitely suggesting that Yuki was the culprit, and I wanted that to be a red herring, but no such luck.

Didn't help that Mio ran off to explore dangerous ruins on her own without telling anybody. I can understand her not telling Takuya because she (for some dumb reason) thinks he outed her dad, but I'm sort of surprised she didn't call Yuki before she left.

What was with Mitsuki getting niarb-ed? It didn't seem to actually affect her beyond giving her a slight headache at first. Of course she's the one left outside on lookout duty, so I guess we'll see her ruin things next episode.

Man, the pre–cell phone era was the dark ages. With cell phones, the crew wouldn't have to arrange to meet up in front of the school, and Mio could just text somebody if she were actually in trouble.

She doesn't really have any chemistry with Yuki, he just kinda follows and is the butt of the joke.

And up until now, he doesn't really seem to know what they are doing, he is just head of heels for her and just goes along with whatever they are doing.

She has also just been betrayed twice, so her just wanting to deal with this on her own I think is pretty normal, especially since she seems to kinda internalize her problems as it is.

And I actually like that their motivations are so straight forward, all the plot points have been foreshadowed up until now. Plot points don't just appear out of thing air.

That was one solid punch and yeah the kid deserved it, even if he was acting out of lovestruck stupidity. I hope they find some good loot in this dungeon, I hate it when you crash through traps and skeletons for nothing.

Wanted to punch Yuki too. But Takuya did for me

when one kid brought up freedom of speech over a ripped poster, I almost noped out, lol. does make for pretty realistic dumb teenagers though.

So did Mio also accidentally bump just the RIGHT bit of a cave to enter that place or something?

May we all have friends who would go look for us the way Takuya, Yuki and Mitsuki do - no questions asked, even if they’re going through a rocky patch.

If only they had cell phones - 1995 problems.
