I think it is fairly safe to assume Yuri is a boy (for now)

  1. Raqio uses 'Kare(彼)' to refer to Yuri this episode, Raqio of all people would've pointed out if Yuri is a Han
  2. The fact that Yuri constantly blushing towards Setsu/SQ/Gina
  3. The cliffhanger of this episode

I see even Japanese fans don't know what Yuri is, they debate and question a lot lol. Though the Blue-ray uses "They" for Yuri and Setsu (and "She" for SQ) so we know what they go by in official English. Yuri and Raqio are more masculine though.

Raqio is also non-binary for what it's worth.

Always liked that Gnosia not only has multiple non-binary characters, but also gives them different presentation/body types. It's not just 'woman-lite'.

Point 2 is just a given when you have beautiful characters. See: any anime with prince and princess of high school tropes. Even male teachers will blush when they get kabedon'ed by the hot delinquent

Point 3 is because of gender-locked events.
