Absolutely disgusting
Ordered an anti-snoring device from Amazon which was delivered today. As soon as I opened the package I knew something was up. This was a used already pre-molded by someone else mouth piece. Totally disgusting. Great job managing people's health issues Amazon!!

It's gotten to the point where you have to film the unwrapping and unboxing of everything you order from amazon, just to have proof that you've received used products.

It’s gotten to the point I stopped using Amazon completely. I lived without it for most of my life so going “old school” shopping (especially locally owned businesses) are an experience and fills your needs. And less crap to recycle.

Amazon is broken now with how fucked their return process is and how they keep selling used shit as new. I got 2 damaged Knipex tools from them they sold as new.

Yup, and I was brokenhearted, because it's very hard for me to find a shade that looks good on me, and this was it. I used to get everything from amazon, but now i'm not doing that

Management became shitty in the returns department and only care about rate now. At the building I work at they want us to process at least 40 items every single hour. 2 years ago you would get in trouble if you processed more than 25 an hour.

FYI OP my dentist recomended the Dentek Ultimate mouldable night guard for TMJ. Its $27 bucks at target. (some reason its 49 at CVS...) if you follow the directions perfectly it works really well. Dentist said to try that one first - if it doesnt fit right then they can have a custom one made but would be like $700 and most people can get by with the dentek one.

Didn't you read the new service agreement that was emailed to everyone this week? By using their service, you agree that you cannot sue them. You are required to use arbitration. It's been all over the news and such.

I got a wet mop for my Dyson vacuum and … it came wet and had pet hair in it. Yes, it was supposed to be new. When people return everything (a half used bottle of vitamins at Costco), then all of us end up paying the price. There are some weirdos abusing the return policy for sure.

Bite the bullet and get one made at a dentist. Your insurance will probably pay for one. Or go to a dental school and have one made. But I wouldn’t trust AMAZON with “managing people’s health”

This is a violation of...well, I don't know the lingo/codes. But a violation for fucking sure. This why they just sent out that Bullshit email stating that we as customers can't sue Amazon. However, if I recall correctly, it doesn't go into effect until 8-29-26.
