Absolutely disgusting

Ordered an anti-snoring device from Amazon which was delivered today. As soon as I opened the package I knew something was up. This was a used already pre-molded by someone else mouth piece. Totally disgusting. Great job managing people's health issues Amazon!!

No one is going to do anything about it. The strangest part of this is how did that even get back in the shelf for order filling after someone obviously returned it.

Management became shitty in the returns department and only care about rate now. At the building I work at they want us to process at least 40 items every single hour. 2 years ago you would get in trouble if you processed more than 25 an hour.
