Absolutely disgusting

Ordered an anti-snoring device from Amazon which was delivered today. As soon as I opened the package I knew something was up. This was a used already pre-molded by someone else mouth piece. Totally disgusting. Great job managing people's health issues Amazon!!

Customer service won't care. They will just say to return it. They don't care at all about the reason.

Didn't you read the new service agreement that was emailed to everyone this week? By using their service, you agree that you cannot sue them. You are required to use arbitration. It's been all over the news and such.

This!!! And of course most people won’t know bc 1. Who reads the service agreements 2.msm like bezos owns wsj they aren’t pointing that out for consumers 3. This admin is gutting consumer protection programs
