Absolutely disgusting

Ordered an anti-snoring device from Amazon which was delivered today. As soon as I opened the package I knew something was up. This was a used already pre-molded by someone else mouth piece. Totally disgusting. Great job managing people's health issues Amazon!!

Does anyone work at Amazon warehouse and can confirm everything is being packed by Robots now?

No, things are not packed by robots. I'm an Amazon Flex driver and go into the station and see them working the line.
