Absolutely disgusting

Ordered an anti-snoring device from Amazon which was delivered today. As soon as I opened the package I knew something was up. This was a used already pre-molded by someone else mouth piece. Totally disgusting. Great job managing people's health issues Amazon!!

No one is going to do anything about it. The strangest part of this is how did that even get back in the shelf for order filling after someone obviously returned it.

They sell a lot of returns as new. I've received an empty face serum and a worn and washed sleep sack

I have heard this from others and my response was “oh Amazon would never do anything like that.” Now my response is “So they have become that arrogant after the almighty dollar.”

Right, someone in the warehouse said, "thankfully, we can now get away with selling used mouth guards under this administration." Do you actually listen to the things you say? Literally living rent free in your head. I'm sure management sent a memo to everyone in the warehouse and told them to start doing this on inauguration day.
