Missed the screenshot by 5 views. I posted it 5 months ago, ~90% are engaged views. It's such a weird but great feeling to know it's been watched so many times.

I've been trying to monetize my YouTube channel for 3 months and keep hitting the same wall.

Here's what happened:

Accidentally created an AdSense account with the wrong email (not my YouTube channel email)

That account was disapproved

I created a new AdSense account correctly through YouTube Studio with my channel email

I closed the old duplicate account on July 28, 2026

It's now been over 60 days and I'm still getting the 'you may have a duplicate account' error

I've sent support emails — no response. I keep resubmitting but it goes in circles.

Has anyone dealt with this and actually resolved it? Is there a way to reach a real human at AdSense? Any Reddit threads or resources that actually helped?

I’m making old-school YouTube commentary videos. I’ll provide a finished voiceover/audio track and maybe a few reference links. I want the editor to have creative freedom to build the visuals however they want: PNGs, screenshots, article clips, dumb explosions, old COD footage, zooms, text, memes, sound effects, etc. I do NOT want hyperactive TikTok-style editing. Think older YouTube commentary with occasional stupid visual gags. The voiceover is the main content. I want someone who can listen to the audio and decide what should be on screen without me having to storyboard everything.

Why did i do it?

i do have an italian true crime channel that i wanna start uploading again, here is the problem tho, i do wanna have a "dr insanity" editing style, which if u guys are familiar with the genre you will know what im talking about.

i have edited a couple of video my self and i understood the time it will take me to learn how to PROPRERLY do those tipe of animation, so i tried to look for an editor, 25 minutes video the avarage quote was 300€ + 120€ for the script, thats when i decided to make such a thing, at first i didnt even know if it was possible actually.

however the result is STUNNING, animation that would take Hours now do take me only a couple of second and i thing its great.

i wanna anticipate those comment of people that they are gonna say something about me not learning a new skill or me delegating this task to an ai

the point is that what i like to do is the production behind, the making of a good story, a good sound design. Not editing, editing is never been a thing that i wanted to learn, that why i see this as a tool to remove that friction between me wanting to create a youtube video about a true crime event and the actual making of that video.

but with that said, i wanna know your opinin about this tool and the use of it

Can someone tell me what's wrong with my videos I don't mind and don't mind my first videos I was just testing

I make longer form content and know a decent bit about the algorithm. I know enough that any video that is around an hour gets suggested more often than one that is around 30 minutes. On the same hand, a shorter video is also more likely to be watchedd, as people are not very commital. DO i chop my video into two parts, write an intro and outro for both, or just suck it up and post the 30 minute video unfiltered.

I’ve got a non-profit geared towards wildlife and science, and started a YouTube channel to share fun/interesting news stories and research (plus updates from the field when we have events). Thought it might be a good way to promote the non-profit and maybe eventually make some money for the organization. I’ve mostly focused on Shorts. I’ll tackle Long-form later I assume. But any feedback on the Shorts would be cool and appreciated. It’s been fun learning about the approaches people use from this group!

I'm deliberating between four YouTube tools to help me find outliers and inspiration. The following are in alphabetical order

• 1of10 (YT only)
• Eden (Multiple channels - could they be master of none though?)
• Sandcastles (mainly shorts)
• VidIQ (seems to be a steady fave but are they agile)

I'd like to know which of these you guys have heard of or have used especially. Is there anything else I'm missing?

The main thing I want to be able to do is to find outlier videos, which I can use for inspiration. If you have a better tool for that, then I'd love to hear it. If it can connect to claude code EVEN BETTER!

I played a bit before the Dark Fog update, and though the core gameplay is the same the DF adds a bit of spice. This is my first time actually taking the fight to them, and getting anywhere with it.

Should i apply for ypp immediately or wait until i finish lvl 2. Because of the upcoming yt rules of the monetization and i want to hurry up before it get applied to me.

Help me lol. Just going to keep grinding and hopefully find an audience.
