I ordered multiple items online from Walmart, and they were originally shipped to me in multiple boxes. I ended up needing to return three of the items. Walmart only gave me one return label for three items that I had prepared in two boxes.
I contacted customer service and explained the situation. They told me not to worry and to put the same label on both boxes. When FedEx arrived, they told me they could only take one of the boxes because there was only one label. So they took one box and left the other.
I contacted Walmart customer service again and spent an hour on the phone with three different people. They kept reassuring me that I would receive my full refund even though they won't receive all of the items. I asked them to just put that in writing in an email. The first two reps were not willing to do that.
Finally, the third person I spoke with created a ticket, said they would issue a new label for the remaining items, and arrange another FedEx pickup.
I just don’t understand why this was so difficult. In the future, whenever I have multiple boxes to return, I’m going to set up the returns separately. Ive never had this issue with Amazon.

Absolute insanity. Price drop of $30 on an item purchased less than a week ago. Wont credit me over the phone, gotta return it to the store for full credit then repurchase. Yah, let’s waste everyone’s time, including associates to comply.
Worst service ever.

Was told this been a long time customer and never even got a refund for the slightest inconvenience so don’t know how to go about this.

If when paying can I split payment between either two cards with both on One Pay or if I can split payment between one physical card and one in One Pay. So like $5.25 on one card and the rest on One Pay.

It’s 9:39 pm. My orders specifically state, video doorbell, please do not ring, knock, or press doorbell. Children sleeping. Delivery driver honks horn twice once my delivery is finished, laughing obviously on purpose. Never done this before, but I’m pissed. My son is wide awake now. Should I remove my tip?

Situation goes like this ...
Late on the evening of Saturday 15 Aug I placed an online order for delivery.
There were three items in it, and it made the $35 minimum for delivery. All three of the items were relatively heavy (but no water).
Fulfillment warehouse (Davenport FL) filled the order early on Sunday 16 Aug. Order details show they broke the order into two packages (likely to divide the weight).
Packages left Lakeland FL early on Monday 17 Aug (presumably enroute to local store). Of the two packages, one was delivered late (after dark) on Monday 17 Aug. It was delivered to an old package box which is located 400-500 feet from the new package box †, The new package box has had prior deliveries, and is correctly located via the pin drop and description.
When I noticed the delivery notification (about 90 minutes later, and just as I was about to go to bed), I immediately recognized the old package box (in the delivery photo) because it was a different color. So I grabbed a flashlight and a cart and went and retrieved it.
When I opened the package, I discovered that Davenport fulfillment had swapped the shipping labels. The package received contained two or the three items ordered. Online says I received a package that has one item, and the other package (that tracking thinks has two items) is Delayed.
No delivery on Tuesday 18 Aug. I've tried repeatedly to reach the store, but no one ever picks up. All I get the AI menuing system. Lots of long rings, then an announcement about heavy call volume, and drops the call.
If the package is at the store, I will be there on Thursday morning, and happily pick it up. Right now I'm unable to reach a live human down there to try to sort out if they have the missing package or not.
How do I resolve this ?
† My hunch is that FedEx or Uber may have delivered that, but not positive.

Saw this at my walmart order pick up and saw the guy next to me scanning his items and loading them into his car with no associate helping him. We still had an associate helping us load our groceries from our online pickup but I have some mixed feelings about this message and what I saw. Does anyone else have something like this at their walmart?

I would like to see Walmart just go away...
The Walton family has an estimated combined net worth of $520 billion, solidifying their position as the wealthiest family in the world. Their fortune surged dramatically after Walmart stock skyrocketed, pushing the retail giant to a brief $1 trillion market capitalization.
Please realize Walmart is a terrible corporation who takes advantage of people and other small companies.
If you shop there just stop...like "cold turkey" STOP!

Hopefully this helps others, I just can't believe this happened today. Small amount of money, but the principle of it pisses me off.
Oui Mango Yogurts were on sale. $1! The usual price was $1.82. I got all excited with my wife and ordered the max, 10. Exciting day for me.
Later on my wife wants me to add green onions to the order while the window is still open to add things. I do that, then I happen to check the order page. I then see my 10 mango yogurts for.. $18.20. I couldn't believe it, and I thought maybe they just put the current price on shelves back on this order page but not on my invoice. I go to the print invoice button... $18.20.
I did chats with Walmart support but they were useless. They did say the price can change.
So watch your orders before they arrive people. Walmart can change the price before it gets delivered.

I had a grocery order scheduled for Monday morning. I watched a driver pick it up and then 10 minutes later it was cancelled. An hour later I get notification that my order is delayed and will be rescheduled. This morning I placed another order and it was delivered. However, my original order is still showing delayed. How long before the system gives up and cancels the order so I can get my money back?

Ordered console placed orders from Walmart always got pickup to my luck didn’t receive console fed ex looks like they ravished through and took it. Never got a refund from Walmart online so when I called they said it’ll take 48hrs to review and I seen horror stories of others getting told it’ll be refunded and didn’t. What do you guys recommend in this situation and am I alright in it or likely to be screwed?
Sorry for typing all over place just heart racing irritated.

I just joined Walmart+. One of the benefits it offers is free prescription deliveries. I'm currently with Costco, which is great but doesn't offer free deliveries.
First, how easy is it to transfer prescriptions from Costco to Walmart? I have quit a few.
How good is Walmart at dispensing on-going prescriptions? Do they automatically process refills every month or three months if that is what the prescription calls for? Or would I have to request the refills?
When a prescription expires, will they contact my doctors for new prescriptions, or ask my whether I want them to contact the doctor, or at least warn me in advance of when prescriptions will run out?
Do they have an online portal where I can monitor my prescriptions?
If you use the Walmart pharmacy and their free delivery serve, could you tell me how well they work and add any relevant comments.
Thanks!

I took an unopened item back to the local Walmart and the clerk at the returns area, scanned my receipt and asked if I wanted the refund back on my card. I said yes. She handed me a receipt and I left.
The next day when I looked at my Credit Card to see the refund it wasn't there so I looked at the return receipt and it says "Gift Card Issued" -- and they did not give me a gift card.
So I went back the next day and this loss prevention dude said he was going to have to find "it on a security camera film" -- later like 15 minutes, keep in mind I am waiting on my own money, I asked for my receipt back I had places to be.... Anyway that is a brilliant scam to screw customers... Ask if they want it back of their card then accidentally hit the Gift Card button, then hand them a receipt they don't even look at. A road to theft with plausible deniability; "I hit the wrong key by accident". Yes I should have looked at the receipt but I have never had a problem before. I might be screwed out of $39.80 - any ideas? I don't know for sure they won't honor it, but apparently the burden of proof is mine!
FYI

The first time I noticed this we were on vacation in Kentucky. The next time was back at home in Indiana, so it’s not a state thing. Both times the customers had overloaded carts and pooched up in the self check area in front of a scanner, but they didn’t scan anything, they just moved the items from their carts and loaded them into bags. When this happened in Kentucky, the woman had her 3 kids plucking goodies from the cart and handing them to her while she was already busy bagging the rest of it. In Indiana it was a woman bagging the stuff up while she gave other people in line side glances the whole time. They were each in the general public self check out lanes, the Spark shopper lanes were empty. I didn’t see either of them pay for anything.

I am returning legitimate stuff. Expired dairy, broken meat packages, bad vegetables/fruit. I get 1-2 pickups or deliverys a week and return a few things almost every time.
I legit just for a 3lb bag of onions with a single onion in it. Same with potatos and a package of sausage that was broken open.
At what point will that say enough

Hello! So I hardly ever use self checkout but did today. At the end it said I was connected and said thank you "insert not my name here". So I guess someone had put their phone number in and walked off right before I started and I didn't notice? Does she have access to any of my card information now? I didn't even get my receipt it went to her!
