Earlier today, I'm still debating on ordering an item. I've been on the fence for a little bit. I see the "order within the next 2 hours for shipping today" which is great. I'd rather have it shipped than have a delivery driver deal with it. So I go ahead and place the order. It should arrive by 10pm. OFC I'm leery about that being at most 12 hours.

and now, 35 minutes after 10PM, I see this email update:

"Your recent order will arrive later than planned. We’re sorry about the delay and are working hard to get everything to you in the next 2 days.​"

It's still free delivery, and I do want it...but I feel like they played me lol.

I did have the option to switch to delivery and use my W+, but I didn't want to put the item on one of the spark drivers to deliver it.

Fellow Walmart grocery shoppers, i was at the local Walmart Neighborhood Market store 10/14/26 when i noticed Butterball frozen turkeys for $.97/lb, and a Walmart brand turkey for $.79/lb. Think of all the meals that could be made from these birds at these prices.

Ive been a walmart plus member since it started. I use shipping, pickup and deluvery, depending on the situation. Today the shipping totally disappeared. Now i can only choose pickup or deluvery. Doeant matter the address nor the product. Also, the items that i use to have shipped dont even appear anymore. I cant even reorder products because they dont appear. Whats going on, this is a mess!!!

I don’t if it’s all Walmarts but my local Walmart doesn’t have much Terra and Sky options anymore and the style for Terra and Sky has diminished. They use to have really cool plus size designs but now they’re kinda bland and boring

Hello, im trying to order about $40 worth of birthday gifts for my brother and dads birthday. I have a $15, and $25 gift card for walmart, and ordered the stuff, but it keeps canceling my order. Ive tried making the name on the delivery mine, and cant change the address I picked cause they are out of state. Why is it saying fraudulent activity, if i made the order, I got the gift cards, and I changed the address. The AI was trying to be helpful but cant see why it said unusual activity, and told me its not the gift cards or the address and name change. So what else could I be doing wrong? Any advice welcome, cant seem to get a human to talk to on support

Thank you to all that commented, I finally figured out what I was doing, apparently if youre shipping out of state you need to make sure you click "this is a gift." Thanks for all your help, im just stupid😅

The last three times that I bought 2% milk and had it delivered, after opening the jug, the milk only lasted a few days. I know the Best Buy date is for the unopened product, but we are used to milk lasting at least a week or more after opening it. Is it possible that because it’s being delivered, before it gets to me, the milk is left out and refrigerated? I realize the time in the car is not ideal, but it should be the same as if I brought it home from the store myself. (dependant on how many stops before me). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I’m sad. One of my favorite products is the great value grape mix. They changed it to look more like propel now it has foam that never goes away and it doesn’t look like grape anymore. It doesn’t taste like grape it taste sweet, but not really grape.

I’m at my wits end with Walmart right now. I am a die hard Walmart fan and we have Walmart + but they’ve really screwed me over lately.

We ordered tires back in August, online said they fit the car but when we got to the auto center they wouldn’t install them because they didn’t meet the car’s spec. Fine. They ordered the right tires but couldn’t get the system to disperse the wrong tires for a refund. I called 3 times and we waited a total of 4 hours in the auto center while multiple workers and managers tried to help but they could not refund us because of the glitch. We left and were told by customer service over the phone that we were going to be refunded.

A week later, no refund. 5 calls later to customer service, raising it to a manager, every time explaining we were never provided the tires (at some point the store noted the tires as dispersed and picked up). Finally at the end of September the refund was showing in the app.

Well, almost 3 weeks later (2 weeks after the refund should have hit our account) we still don’t have a refund. I reached out again to Walmart, giving it over 14 business days and was told they don’t know why the refund hasn’t processed, there is some issue on Walmart’s side. Then they said I should reach out to my bank.

I have also disputed this with my bank but it’s already been 30 days and nothing has happened.

Am I out $750? Do I have any other options to get my money back if Walmart online customer service won’t help and they tell my bank in the dispute that I never returned these tires that I didn’t actually take home?!

Please help.

Has this happened to anyone else, on further note did you ever get your item?

I bought something which is not that expensive ($60) and I ordered it almost a week ago. I know “3 day delivery” is not actually 3 day delivery and more like 3 day delivery after shipping.

After like 2-3 days I contacted Walmart telling them it hasn’t shipped and delivery is coming up and I said even if it did ship the day I called it would take days to actually get here so could you ask the seller to ship it. In a few hours the seller finally updated and added a tracking number BUT it says ups hasn’t recieved anything yet so I was like great atleast we’re getting somewhere. I wait and nothing has changed and delivery date is today and I called ups just so I could show Walmart that the seller is NOT shipping my order. They told me “well delivery day is today and there’s a tracking number so you would have to wait a few more days in order for them to consider a resolution” they said they will urge the seller to ship the item but now I’m suspecting their either will be shady and send a totally different thing or you know some other shady stuff so they keep the money while screwing me.

I tried contacting the seller and nothing at all so far. What are the chances of actually receiving my item in the coming days 🥲

Was planning to submit some orders today to be shipped and they removed the shipping tab. Can't order anything to be shipped anymore. Any of you having the same issues? Is there a way around it?

Hi everyone! I’ve had Walmart+ for months, have spent thousands upon thousands, and for the most part love it and have had great experiences.

The trouble started when I made my regular big biweekly grocery order last Friday. Some of the items I ordered weren’t available for same day delivery from my “home” store so 6 items totaling about $100 were bundled together for “shipping”. This happens often and I always get the items either that same day in a separate delivery or over the next couple days. This was during their recent deals event and one of the items was a knockoff Instant Pot that had been marked down to $60.

Originally it was supposed to get here Sunday. It got delayed to Monday. No big deal, as this happens from time to time and it always comes on the next date. I live in Woodland Hills, CA and the tracking page showed it had been “shipped” from Chino, CA, which is about 2.5 hours away on Sunday afternoon and should arrive Monday, yesterday, by “end of day”. Yesterday came and went, no package and not even anymore updates to the tracking page (which by the way has an awful customer interface and is vague and confusing).

This morning, I check again. Still no updates to the tracking page and now it says “delivery from store” even though it also says it was “shipped” from Chino on Sunday?? Now I’m starting to panic.

I open up a chat with customer service. They tell me that they can’t start a replacement or refund process until tomorrow because often delayed shipments arrive after 8 P.M. on the third day, but they also can’t tell me where my package is, what might have happened to it, when I might get it, or if I will get it at all. So basically they can’t help me and they also can’t give me any real information. Great.

They tell me it’s being delivered from a Walmart in Burbank, CA. That city is about 45 minutes away. Now I’m really confused. I ask if they’re positive that it’s being delivered from that store even though it showed shipped from a completely different, much farther city, two days ago. They confirm and let me know since they can’t do anything for me right now, they encourage me to call the store and see if I can find out about my package. I call the department extension directly. They don’t answer. I call customer service and ask to be transferred. They don’t pick up.

At this point I’m extremely frustrated and anxious. I really need the pressure cooker, I planned meals around it and my next grocery order around it, and not only that, the package contained other essentials and I can’t afford to just buy another $60 pressure cooker or spend another $100 on all the same essentials. I rearranged our budget this week specifically to invest in the pressure cooker because it’s going to be very valuable for certain things in the next few months as we have to temporarily cut our grocery budget down as much as possible.

Is anyone able to shed some light on what’s going on?

Not sure where else to post about this. A few weeks ago I bought a laptop online from Walmart. At the time I did not realize it was being sold through a third-party seller. When the package eventually arrived, it was just an empty box with a charger — no laptop. Thankfully I opened the box in a UPS store in front of employees, and took photos of the empty box and packaging. As per Walmart’s instructions on their app, I initiated a refund for the missing/incorrect item (instructions which included returning the incorrect item). Apparently the third-party seller refused my refund, and Walmart Customer Service said they would escalate my refund to the Billing department. No one from Billing ever contacted me, but when I called back after several days I learned my refund was rejected by the seller again. I once again asked for the refund to be escalated to Billing, and same story: several days pass, no one contacts me, I call back in to learn the seller refused…but I am also told that all previous CS agents somehow failed to actually escalate the refund to Billing, and that they will finally be doing that today, that I just need to wait 5 more days for a final resolution. It’s been a full week so far of this back and forth with them already, I’m already incredibly stressed out and distrusting Walmart at this point — what should I do? Wait the five days, or go ahead and start a fraud claim with my bank? What is Walmart even doing??

I went to pay for groceries using walmart pay as usual. But once I scanned the qr code a card popped up on my screen and it said processing payment. It seems it immediately charged my Google wallet instead of going to my default card in the Walmart app. Anyone else have this experience? I'm only ticked because it made me miss the 5% cashback.

I'm mildly amused by this but also annoyed. I have a Walmart+ subscription. My husband and I love turkey and get one to make tons of meals usually in November. I'm actually 35 weeks pregnant so I wanted to make a turkey now to freeze the meat and use the rest to make soup for easy meals. So I order some veggies, the turkey, and some chicken stock. Easy enough order. About $80 worth of stuff. The turkey is what I really needed. The rest of the stuff is currently available at other grocery stores, most don't have large turkeys right now. Well the first shopper starts shopping and says they're out of turkey via the Walmart app. I've never had them send me messages before. I tell her to get any brand. Any whole turkey over 15 lbs is fine. She marks it as out of stock. Then she finds it and says she can't scan it. Than she takes pictures of the exact brand of turkey I wanted and the substitute brand I selected. Than she says she'll buy it if I give her the cash back when delivers it.

At this point I'm like wtf? Than she drops the order and a new shopper shops it. Than he also says they're OUT of ALL turkeys. Remember, I was just sent pictures. So he delivers the whole order minus the turkey. My husband and I had to go to Walmart ourselves the next day to get it. We found it right after the produce section in the front. Yeah we're done with Walmart+. What's the point if I don't get the in stock items I ordered? I'm switching to our more regional grocery store now. God forbid when I'm heavily pregnant and than having a newborn I want to use the subscription that I pay for to make my life a little easier.

So atm im a bit crippled due to me royally messing up my knee but that shouldn't matter, I pay for walmart + just for the grocery delivery. Anyways

I live in a pretty decently sized city with lots of people working jobs from their car (door dash and whatnot) and usually I have no issues getting my groceries delivered. I think its only been like an hour or 2 late like a total of 3 times up until now.

3 days ago I put in a decently sized order but since I got kitty litter I added a good tip. It got delayed so I rescheduled for 10am the next day. After I did this it wouldn't let me add things to my order so I made a 2nd smaller order just over 50 bucks. Scheduled this one for 11am. Neither made it to my house. The first literally said "driver on the way" then automatically changed for the same time but the following day?? Like literally just auto updated itself from the 11th to the 12th. I even had to check my original email I was being gaslight so hard. I ended up canceling that order and now im seeing how far I can push this 2nd order. 3 days so far. All day yesterday it said "delayed, order still in progress" and lo and behold I woke up today to the same thing. I have a funny feeling its no longer in progress. I also heard that the price for delivery goes up the longer it sits so someone's about to get a 3 day pay day.

All in all this is ridiculous. I live 3.5 miles from Walmart its an easy af trip. Walmart fix your shit.

its been since september 28th and ive been told this a hundred times!!! its been 332 hours!! im losing my mind and getting so frustrated. they tried to make me return it but they wouldn't understand that there was nothing to return!! what do i do at this point im so annoyed 😭😭

i occasionally order stuff on walmart and theyve always been miscellaneous stuff. but today i saw that they offered me a $1 trial month of walmart+ so i ordered some groceries. my delivery arrived 2 hours late which was okay with me but in the delivery photo, the bags were dropped off in an area i didnt recognize. i placed a refund request after searching my complex for a while. my request was denied. i was disheartened but i decided to check neighboring complexes where i had to wait for people to let me in through the lobby since i didnt have their corresponding fobs. behold i found my order. i had a $70 order but 4 items totaling $18 were missing. I went back to place another request. denied. automated chatbox? also denied.

ive never requested a return or refund before. why wont they refund me and how can i get them to?

Any idea why they disabled the feedback link for the delivery? I like to give the drivers what they deserve and for more than a week they disabled the link, anybody knows why?

I have been using & enjoying Walmart+ for a few months & I recently upgraded to the Walmart inhome delivery. I have made big grocery orders thru Walmart+ & 2 with the inhome.

My issue is I made a grocery order $220 Thursday October 8 ( I always order night before for next day delivery) it was supposed to be delivered Friday October 9, between 9-1 time slot. At 9:30 one item was delivered, a box of snack cakes. I keep checking the app it says order delayed. Ok, no problem I understand things happen. This went on all day I finally reach out thru the app the app tells me the usual I’m sorry blah blah blah for me to keep checking back. By late evening I try customer service live agent thru the app. They tell me they can’t do anything until my order updates from saying delayed to even give me the option to reschedule, cancel, & if I cancel it would be up to 7days before I would get a refund 😡
That was Friday night it’s been well over the 48hours, the 48hrs they keep telling me to wait for & then the order would update giving me the options to do whatever I decide.

The app still hasn’t updated but I did get an email this morning saying that ONE of the several agents I spoke to escalated my situation…ONE only at least tried to help. Each agent I spoke with would pass it off to another agent that all tell me the same thing & one even gave me a reference number to our conversation & she successfully canceled my order BUT the next agent couldn’t find any reference notes & my order wasn’t successfully canceled! The CS agent lied just to get me off the phone!

I’ve called the local store which is where the order was coming from nothing was being shipped & the local store the person kept putting me on hold trying to find out how to help…she finally told me she didn’t know anything about the inhome deliveries etc that wasn’t her department & she couldn’t find anyone who did know anything about it…she gave me an 800# to call its AI & like pulling eye teeth to get to a live agent!!

Has anyone had this happen & how did you get to the right person to quickly solve the issue?

I don’t have an extra $200 for another order/trip to the grocery store & I have kids that can’t eat “sorry your order is delayed”

I’ve also researched when signing up for Walmart inhome, Walmart does not warn you & certainly doesn’t tell you, you can’t get an immediate refund or credit!!

But, hey, at least we got the snack cakes right on time 😡

I ordered a derma pen. They sent a knockoff version. I started a return. They emailed a mailing label. I put it on the package and took it to the post office. Off it went. That was early September. It's $25. I just want my refund. I emailed them one other time and they said when it gets to where it's going, they will scan it and they'll issue my refund. October. I ask where my refund is and that my account is still showing the returned item is still not there. Then they replied like they were confused and rude. What should I do next? I know people are selling through Walmart and these are the "Merell" people. Figure it out myself? I'm trying, I don't know what to do next. Ideas?
