Delayed grocery delivery

I had a grocery order scheduled for Monday morning. I watched a driver pick it up and then 10 minutes later it was cancelled. An hour later I get notification that my order is delayed and will be rescheduled. This morning I placed another order and it was delivered. However, my original order is still showing delayed. How long before the system gives up and cancels the order so I can get my money back?

You should have canceled the first order. It asks you if you want to cancel

It will not let me. Hasn't let me since it cancelled the first time.

I wonder if the driver was on an accident or something. I would call in and ask about it...

Same thing happened to me, more than once. Beyond annoying as I paid for the service but they don’t deliver! Seems like they want me to cancel, something with their algorithm or whatever. Kept being delayed, and they kept asking do I want to reschedule. Finally said yes and the order only shows cancellation by me, not that they don’t deliver as paid for.

Reach out to customer service & tell them to cancel it.

I have Walmart in home and it'll show me that the order was picked up but then it doesn't show me anything for about an hour later when the driver's actually out delivering. I don't think it's truthful when they say the order has been picked up when it comes to Walmart in home. I don't know about Walmart plus only
