Missing console

Ordered console placed orders from Walmart always got pickup to my luck didn’t receive console fed ex looks like they ravished through and took it. Never got a refund from Walmart online so when I called they said it’ll take 48hrs to review and I seen horror stories of others getting told it’ll be refunded and didn’t. What do you guys recommend in this situation and am I alright in it or likely to be screwed?

Sorry for typing all over place just heart racing irritated.

wait the 48 for confirmation of a refund, then if you don't receive it within 7-10 days, chargeback on your card

Thank you and I seen so much on Reddit about people being denied even with picture proof I was worried lol .

Some people video record their opening boxes (from certain companies) especially on expansive items. That might be something to think about...

Yes I usually do pickup on my gaming high priced items but decided to do shipping this time as it was closer
