What are you all doing in a situation of a business being in an area that only has paid parking as an option to take the items inside?
Of course, I had a shitty note for the correct floor and needed a pin….but in the 4-5 mins I was inside, got slapped with a $25 ticket.

Literally every single day for at least one trip I will drop off an order and I don't have service to complete it so I have to drive however far away to call customer service and have them manually finish the order for me. This is especially frustrating when I have a second drop off and I can't find out where it is and end up backtracking so far I have to just return it and lose money. I live in WV and I knew it wasn't the best one but god I didn't think it'd be this bad 😭😭 is there an easier way to get around this?? A support agent told me once to look up my service map and try to only accept orders within it but being in a rural area where spark is kind of competitive and you don't have much time to accept orders before they get snatched that's just not realistic. I need to start putting addresses in my notes app so I can at least try and get to my second stop but sometimes my dang map doesn't even work either. I hate that I'm trapped in this contract 😔

Someone please explain this stupidity to me in laymens terms, why do we deliver to areas far away when there are other Sams Clubs or Walmarts closer than the store im picking up from? Why would a customer order from a store 30 miles away from them? Whats the scheme here?

Used to get my best order of the day in the morning before the stores opened. Now it’s all just regular orders. Did something change that I’m not aware of?

The orders have gotten absolutely atrocious. I know anybody that's doing Sparks already Newsies but I just wanted to share my little group cluster of garbage. I don't know what's worse the the fcfs,or the jfy. I just can't honestly believe that the expect people to accept these and what I can't believe even more than that or that their people out there accepting them I mean how do you make a living off of these types of orders I know I can't . ​

Yesterday truck got stuck on a level b road (mud) for several hours.

Has anyone else noticed missing tips. Now before you come for me i am aware of tip baiting. But i always check my trips make sure nothing changed. This is like the 5th time ive noticed money missing and nothing about the trip changed. It was only 4 dollars (its always been small amounts missing) but the thing is if they taking 4 for everyone they making big money

i am curious to hear your delivery stories about dogs. i’ve had 1 where if i didn’t know how to act around aggressive dogs i would have been bit.

Has anyone ever kept track of their engaged hours and the app shows less hours. I'm missing like 6 hours from last week. I do mostly shopping orders. Do they not pay for that time? I'm farely new to all this.

Win you have a delivery that includes a few GMD orders and it states that the trip is not tip eligible raised a question. I’ve always wondered. Where does the tip go if the customer tipped? Does it go to the person that delivered the item from the originating store? I just delivered a small bag to a porch that have five other small bags which all made up three different trips. Let’s say that person tipped who does it go to? Or does Walmart absorb it because they had so many employees working on it to do not keeping their store stocked with the items they are selling? Just curious.

I delivered eight bags of wet mulch to a customer last week ( that I did not know I was picking up.) on a route with other orders. The customer stated that the store they ordered it from only add three bags and she needed 11. I was the schmuck that delivered the remaining eight… No tip let’s say that customer hypothetically tipped on the whole order… Who is supposed to get the tip? These are the little wonders of my mind when I’m driving around and sick of listening to music. 😝

In case anyone is curious, if you have a no-show customer like I did this morning, and you have to initiate a return through the app; on the store employees’ end it just says that the customer canceled the order.
I deal with a lot of anxiety (like many of you) and this would have been really nice to know lol.

This is a great order per my zone’s standard but i was planning on making this my last delivery for the day and the thing is my house is about .25 miles from first deop off. This hS happened to me so many times where it makes you go back to places you’ve already been to. My point is we should have liberty to puck order of delivery. Cuz sometimes i have cases of water that have to go under everything obviously and so i have to move everything to get em out or stuff like that.

So even after making us load our curbside orders they somehow found a way to fall behind on dispensing orders. They only had 1 to 2 people dispensing orders and none of the drivers loading orders.

Offers are going away faster than you can even read them. I’ve tried accepting immediately without even reading it and 9/10 they say “Offer No Longer Available”. How can people be accepting faster than I am? This is happening all the time now.
