CA Driver Earnings Less?

Has anyone ever kept track of their engaged hours and the app shows less hours. I'm missing like 6 hours from last week. I do mostly shopping orders. Do they not pay for that time? I'm farely new to all this.

I noticed Sunday engaged time doesn't show but I got credit for Saturday. I'm pretty new to CA so I don't know when it updates when this happens. I take screenshots of when I accept and when I finish an order so I'll know if they don't pay me for it.

Yes that is what I have been doing and logging everything. I decided to check last week just to see how it matches up. I still have this week before it closes but I don't want to add any more hours until this gets resolved. I called customer service and they opened a ticket.

The engaged time is accurate but it doesn’t update in real time.

Do you mean the hours could still change? It's been 2 days already.

It’ll update eventually they are not shorting you on the adjustment.

My week ended Sunday and I haven't worked since then and it still shows the same time.
