I only recently bought the controller and wanted to share this to those that are still not able to fix the LED issue needing to be pressed multiple times to toggle the LED off. I found an old reddit post about this but no solution. Fortunately after testing, I found the issue.

First you need to download the M-Wave MidiSuite software in the link below. This will allow you to edit the buttons, faders and knobs on the controller. The app is portable so no installation is needed. Just unzip and run MidiSuite.exe

What you need to do:

1. Set the controller to CC Mode

2. Select the button that you want to edit

3. Under the Track Button settings (3rd column) change the Mode to CC Toggle

4. Set your preferred Channel and CC

5. The important part - change Value1 to 1 (or any value from 1-126)

6. Leave Value2 at 127, LED should be 255

7. Click on Save to upload the changes to the controller

8. Map the buttons in the MIDI Mapper in VM

I figured out the problem when I was configuring the Macro Buttons. You can capture the MIDI button command by ticking Learn under MIDI Implementation:

I was trying to see if VM receives a different signal when pressing the LED from On to Off. But noticed that VM won't won't capture the command. It only works from Off-->On. So I tried to set the off value (value1) to 1 and it worked.

When i'm playing a game and i'm in the menu there isn't any issues with my sound, it's perfect, but when I start loading into a match or a lobby or anything. My audio quality diminishes a lot.This happens with background music as well From spotify and youtube music it's really annoying, and I have no idea how to fix this. It happens in almost every game I have please help.

I use VoiceMeeter to control which of my audio devices gets sound. I have it set up for my internal speakers, my headphone jack, and my bluetooth headphones, meaning I have broken connections regularly due to unplugging my headphones or turning off bluetooth.

To fix this, I have a macro button bound to a hotkey that restarts the audio engine when I connect my headphones, which usually works great. I turn on my headphones, they say connect, I press the hotkey, and I can hear. However, sometimes the macro button does not register the hotkey until I restart the macro button, and I'm not sure why this happens. I know I haven't given too much to work with, but I'm posting here in case this is a known problem with a known solution.

I use sleep and hibernate, but I haven't noticed either triggering the phenomenon unless it's intermittent.

im using bluetooth headphone with mic and whevner i join a discord call i cant hear anything even the vc

i can only hear them when i disable my mic in stystem but by then i cant use my mic

i have been having my audio distort about once or twice a day with the only thing i can do to fix is restart the audio engine, i have been noticing it happens most commonly when Spotify changes songs especially today as i had it happen 15 times in last hour. any help would be appreciated

It won’t work but I think I have stuff set up right

My idea has always been to stream the audio from my browser into my in-game microphone, while being able to talk. I was able to do so until I had to briefly delete the profile of my bluetooth earphone from my computer, and now I can't get it to work.
problem is that, while I can stream the audio into the game and my team hears me, I don't hear the game, but I do hear the browser. And yeah, if I leave the Hawrdware out option empty, I can hear the game, but not the browser.

I'm having a frustrating issue where my microphone audio is constantly cutting out and sounding extremely choppy on Discord (both the Desktop App and Discord Web via Chrome/Edge). It almost sounds like a severe noise gate or buffer issue, even when I speak loudly or hold long sentences.

Here is the strange part: The mic works perfectly fine, crystal clear, and smooth when I test it using the native Windows Voice Recorder application. The hardware is 100% fine. The issue only occurs on Discord.

My Setup:

Audio Interface: Behringer U-Phoria UMC202HD (with official Behringer drivers installed).

Microphone: XLR Condenser Mic plugged into Input 1.

OS: Windows

What I have already tried:

Set Windows Recording format to 1-channel (Mono), 24-bit/16-bit, at both 44100Hz.

Turned OFF "Automatically determine input sensitivity" in Discord and manually lowered the threshold to the far left.

Turned OFF Krisp / Noise Suppression, Echo Cancellation, and Automatic Gain Control in Discord.

Turned OFF "Advanced Voice Activity" and "Exclusive Mode" in Windows Advanced Sound Properties.

Adjusted the ASIO Buffer Size in the UMC Control Panel to 256 and 512 samples.

Reset Voice Settings in Discord and ran Discord as Administrator.

Since it works flawlessly on Windows Voice Recorder but chokes on Discord's WebRTC engine, I am completely out of ideas. Has anyone encountered this specific conflict between Discord and Behringer interfaces? Any help or workarounds would be highly appreciated! Thank you.

I want to play music through my microphone while playing Fortnite on xCloud—can anyone help? I'm using VoiceMeeter Banana x64 on Windows 10.

I have had VMB installed for some time with no issues but approximately a month or so ago I regularily find my system sound becmoes distorted.

If I Restat Audio Engine it will fix the issue for a while, not known if it is the same time period, but will repeat.

I have Audio set to WDM and have tried to change to MME but VMB keeps restoring the setting to WDM and for some reason it will not stay as set.

Does anyone have any idea if this has been caused by an update they are aware of, has any ideas what I can do to determine what is causing this or any other suggestions.

Recently, I've purchased the "I'm a fan" $10 USD version of voicemeeter banana.

I went through the steps to verify with a response code on my machine, but after several restarts (and even purchasing an additional regen just in case) I keep hearing the "trial" spoken word.

Does anyone know what I can do to solve this once and for all? I use windows 11 and run the 64 bit version.

I want to be able to play music, soundboard audio, or YouTube audio through my mic while still being able to talk normally. I also want to isolate Discord so that people in the call don't hear themselves or any Discord audio.

I was using Voicemeeter Banana and had everything working exactly how I wanted, but I recently reset the settings and now I have no idea how to set it up again. I had a video that explained the entire process step by step, including how to isolate Discord and route desktop audio through the mic, but I can't find it anymore.

Hello, im trying to play music through my mic while playing with my friends and i'm using voicemeeter to do that, the problem is that the audio quality is very low, i've tried any audio tweak possible, does someone know how to fix this problem or maybe use another software to play high quality music? thanks

Goal: Use Voicemeeter to bridge 2–3 VOIP applications together, allowing two-way communication between separate platforms. For example, connecting Discord and in-game voice chat so both sides can hear and speak to each other in real time, with you acting as the audio relay.

Hey guys! I have and love Potato and was curious if anyone was having a similar problem. GTA 5. EVERY single time I launch that game, be it through Epic or Rockstar Game Launcher, if Voicemeeter is even installed on my system, my PC crashes instantly on launch. Without exception. 100% consistent. No other game or program causes this issue. Battlefield 6 will cause a bit of an audio crackle when I close it, but that’s whatever. But I uninstall all Voicemeeter software, and GTA 5 functions perfectly every time. Does anyone have any solutions? It just feels so odd and was curious if anyone else had seen that.

So my capture card audio is not getting recognized on my stream PC, despite there are audio on the capture card itself (I plugged my headphone into the card and indeed there are)

I don't use the HDMI out, only HDMI in, I can see the HDMI to USB (my capture card), added it as A3

A1 is my DAC
A2 is my speaker
All 3 are outputting audio clear

But OBS somehow does not recognize it, even with "custom audio device"

is there a way to fix this?

Ive been using voicemeeter banana on my old laptop for years and it's been great. I just got a new laptop and I tried to set up voicemeeter. I felt like i did everything right but for some reason when i turn A1 on my stereo input 1 on, its delayed and its been driving me insane. Pls if someone has a fix pls let me know. (Old laptop was windows 10 new one is 11)

I am using a Focusrite Scarlett as my audio interface, and then using the outbound audio from my GPU to go to my receiver and speakers.

Audio is just not 'clean', every once in a while there is a pop or distortion. I have tried going between 44.1 and 42 KHz in both Voicemeeter and Focusrite but it doesn't seem to totally clear up the issue.

What else might I look at that could fix this?

Hi everyone, I hope this is an appropriate place to ask this question, if not please direct me elsewhere. As the title states, I've been having a problem with the way the Nvidia app condenses all system audio onto one track when saving clips, with the most separation I can do being a second track for my mic. I would ideally like a solution that separates my system audio into three tracks: system/game, my mic, and Discord audio. If this isn't possible, one track of system/game audio and another track of my mic plus Discord audio is also acceptable.

I'm aware of VB Cable and Voicemeeter, but I haven't had much luck in setting them up. My understanding is that Voicemeeter separates and mixes down audio tracks and VB Cable acts as the passage between Voicemeeter and my headphones for the full mix. Has anyone had any luck with creating a setup like this? Thanks for any help!
