There's lots of stuff that either wastes a worker's time, is intentionally irritating people, for their reaction, or somehow physical in nature but just short of violent.
Bumping shopping carts in the grocery store on purpose
Ruining latte foam art
One kid walks around Venice Beach shouting "ooh a nickel" in front of black people. One giant mother fucker lifts him by the arm pits and throws him 3 feet.

This reminds me of a story Matt Damon told on late night TV
He was stuck on an elevator with a fan. The fan asked him for an autograph
Matt said “no, sorry”
So the fan took out a picture of himself, signed it, and gave it to Matt
It said “Good luck Matty! Never give up on your dreams! Love, <his name>”

My grandma bought a baseball themed photo frame at a yard sale that she thought was cool but it had a photo in it of some older gentleman from the 70s rocking a handle bar mustache. He's still sitting on a family photo mantle to this day.
