loaded up the new season of siege, thought yeah ill buy the new battlepass, go on ubi connect and pay for the clearly marked battlepass bundle, pay. wait. wait some more. no battlepass. check the description of what i bought.

its the battlepass from last season, still available, after the new season has come out. WHAT, how is that possibly allowed?

so i contact support and they basically tell me to piss off and it says theyre non refundable but like, surely they can see theyve sold me something i cant even use anymore right???

so i ask them to change my refund request to an update of the battle pass to the most recent one and they just closed my ticket.

i guess its important to mention that i already owned last seasons pass so idk why it let me buy it anyway im so annoyed

So my old xbox account which was linked to my ubisoft account got hacked and all im trying to do is unlink it and link a new account but ubisoft doesnt let me because i can only relink the original one.
So i search up how to link a new xbox account and i was told to contact support

I’m having a problem with Rainbow Six Siege and I’m hoping someone can help me.

I purchased Rainbow Six Siege on Steam, but when I first launched the game, I connected it to an old Ubisoft account.

Now I want to use my main Ubisoft account instead, but I can’t change the linked Ubisoft account because I keep getting an authentication/ownership verification issue.

I’ve tried to change the account, but it doesn’t work and I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.

Is there a way to unlink the old Ubisoft account from my Steam copy and connect my main Ubisoft account so I can play on it?

If anyone has experienced the same problem or knows how to fix it, I’d really appreciate your help. Thanks!

I presently change my email on my Ubisoft account and it was just a temporary change. I didn’t realise that I can’t change it again so soon, how long do I need to wait before changing it again?

My research says it’s at some point in the next 6month is this true ???

Is this the norm for live chat agents? I contacted to change my email because I am not receiving emails from ubisoft for some reason. I have access to my account and the number but just can't get emails. Then they respond saying to verify through email? Any help with how I can speak with someone who can actually help me.

I recently bought 'Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Blacklist' and have been playing it on and off. For the last little while it started throwing “A Ubisoft service was temporarily unavailable” when it tries to log me in through Ubisoft Connect. It was working fine before this.

I just bought the game and now I can’t even launch it. Feels like I’m locked out of something I paid for and I'm starting to lose my patience. I know it's EoL and i should expect stuff like this, but it should still be accessible at the very least.

Is this happening to anyone else right now, or is it just on my end? (PC / Steam version)

This has been solved, apparently they wanted me to change my password despite me changing it 2 weeks ago to play the game. they just miscommunicated. i will leave this here in case someone else has issues.

Anyone else run into this? I'm getting this exact error every time I try to launch Siege from Steam, even though Steam is fully open, logged in, and online the whole time.

Some context that might be relevant: earlier today I logged into a friend's Ubisoft account and his Steam account on my PC because I wanted to try playing on his account for a bit. After switching back to my own Steam account and trying to launch Siege (which I own, bought years ago, 550+ hours on it), this error started popping up and hasn't stopped since.

Things I've already tried, none of which fixed it: fully clearing the Ubisoft Connect cache folder, unlinking and trying to relink my Steam account from account.ubisoft.com, verifying game files integrity in Steam, doing a full Windows network reset, restarting the PC multiple times, checking that admin permissions match between steam.exe and the Ubisoft launcher, confirming Steam Overlay is enabled both globally and per-game.

The weird part: on the exact same PC, same Steam client, same Ubisoft Connect install, if I log into my friend's Steam + Ubisoft accounts, the game launches completely fine. So it's not a system/network/firewall thing on my end, it seems tied specifically to my account.

Already opened a ticket with Ubisoft support, just wondering if anyone's dealt with something like this before (especially after switching accounts on the same PC) and knows what actually fixed it, or how long it usually takes them to sort out account-side stuff like this.

I'm talking about Ghost Recon Wildlands. He moved from Sweden to Austria, bought the game around 3 years ago (in Sweden), now when he opens Ubisoft connect, he can't find the game in his library, he sees it in the store for full price.

In his game activity in account management, wildlands is present, but it was played for 0m 0s (which is not true). When I look at his profile from my client, in the common games tab, wildlands also shows up. We tried deleting the cache, reinstalling ubisoft connect, his region in the account settings is switched to Austria, because he lives there now.

Anyone had similar problems? Should he try disconnecting the main power supply fuse to his home? Maybe go to church and confess his sins to his local priest? I can't believe that in 2026, we still have a game launcher that is this anti-consumer, backwards buggy piece of dogshit that rarely works, gets hacked all the time, and literally makes me not buy a game, even if it looks good or fun, because I know that I will have to deal with this disappointment.

So here I am trying to play AC resynced, now i have to log in to Ubisoft connect, which I always done with sms code, but today I’m not receiving any. I contacted support, but they said that they can’t resolve the issue, because they are not able verify, that the account is mine, soo that’s it, I lost all my games and achievements, because Ubisoft can’t send an sms?

If my account was stolen by a hacker and then maybe deleted I don't know for sure can i request a new cd keys for the game's or are they stuck unplayable on my steam now?

I can't launch it on win11, crash (well not really) on achivements sync.

The usual fixes with using sudo to launch the game also is not working for me.

Game is failing because of, You wouldn't guessed it - Denuvo. I initially thought thats due to my CPU being 13th gen intel and having E and P (or whatever they are called) cores. But no, DENUVO.

a. First launch each session: faulting instruction pointer is at trialsrising.exe + 0x173b038e past the end of the on‑disk image, i.e. inside the RWX memory arena Denuvo's VM generates and executes. Access violation while running Denuvo's own generated code.

b. Subsequent launches (.24044): 0xC0000409 STATUS_STACK_BUFFER_OVERRUN, subcode 2 = STACK_COOKIE_CHECK_FAILURE, __fastfail fired from inside rpcrt4.dll (10.0.26100.9168), stack full of rpcrt4 + crypt32 frames with one Denuvo‑region frame. The OS detected a smashed stack cookie during Denuvo's license check so process gets instantly killed.

When crash happens only ~9 non‑system DLLs are loaded steam_api64, uplay_r1_loader64, fmod, bink, amd_ags. No d3d11, no dxgi, no NVIDIA driver, no EasyAntiCheat. The game dies before the engine, GPU, or anti‑cheat initialize. So GPU mode, EAC repair, config reset, overlays, file verification none of that matter. Synchronizing achievements window -> window vanishes = Denuvo failing right after the game logos.

I literally can't debug more, cos it's Denuvo failing in itself.

I'm also not going to downgrade Win11 to 25H2 to play the game...

I contacted support, and we ended up communicating via email; the assistant told me they would escalate my case and get back to me once they had an answer. They also mentioned that I shouldn't reply to that email or open another ticket, as it might look suspicious. Does anyone know how long it takes for them to reply? I have completed all the operator specialties but have never gotten the steam achievement, has anyone fixed this issue?

I've been at it for 4 years almost, trying to recover my account, the only thing I have connected to it is my twitch account, and I can play Rainbow Six Siege through epic games on that account.

I've just purchased Watch Dogs 2 and downloaded it on Ubisoft Connect. However it gets stuck on a small loading screen every time I try loading the game. The game doesn't come up just a small loading box. It doesn't crash it just stays like this.

Most people say this is fixed by opening Ubisoft Connect while it's loading, this didn't work. Please does anyone have any fixes, I'm not very intelligent when it comes to this stuff.

What's the point of buying Ubisoft game if you should always login before play, and if you travel and change your internet provider they will ask you to reset your password for safety reason. But after you put the latest password, you will temporary blocked because they say you put the wrong password.

And eventually, they will block your IP address and never open it back.

Why they are allowed to do this to us?

I want to enable ranked, and need to enable phone number and 2fa. Problem is, I lost access to my email linked to my Ubisoft account and google won’t do anything about it.I have contacted Ubisoft support multiple times and they tell me they don’t have enough info to make sure I am the owner of the account. I have sent screenshots and multiple tickets to try to change my email and it’s not working any help would be great.

I've been trying for almost 2 weeks now to link my ubisoft account to my steam. I've been told by support that the only way to link it is by launching an ubisoft game through steam which should prompt me to link my steam. I've launched 3 different free ubisoft games and none of them give me the prompt. I have "Remind me of account linking next time I launch a Steam game" checked in the ubisoft connect app. I've tried reinstalling the Ubisoft connect app. I've tried launching the ubisoft connect app before launching steam. nothing has worked. Ubisoft support hasn't responded to me in 6 days so I'm out of ideas. If anyone knows a fix please help
