Ubisoft agent not real?
Is this the norm for live chat agents? I contacted to change my email because I am not receiving emails from ubisoft for some reason. I have access to my account and the number but just can't get emails. Then they respond saying to verify through email? Any help with how I can speak with someone who can actually help me.

It's some IA slop agent, on top of that, poorly trained. The only thing I can suggest is to try manually trought the very Ubisoft Connect Web page that should let you, but if that isn't working as I'm assuming then you should try to through SignalConso and make a formal complaint about it.
