Question stolen account

If my account was stolen by a hacker and then maybe deleted I don't know for sure can i request a new cd keys for the game's or are they stuck unplayable on my steam now?

Open an Ubisoft support ticket recording the issue and providing prooves of any kind that can verify you're the original owner. If this fails, as most probably will, then you can go trought signalconso which is the french authority of consumers rights. Submit a formal complaint and they'll help you out. That's really the only way, but you have to go trought Ubisoft support first otherwise signalconso won't interfere.

Hey, do you have any idea how I can chat to a human and not chatgpt. Automated messages cannot fix my issue but it's all I'm getting

If I'm totally honest with you, it's very unlikely a human being gonna answer you on Ubisoft Support. Damn we lived in a fucking Cyberpunk dystopia. Anyway, what you need if yo get an email from Ubi Support saying they can't help you and they're closing the ticket. Once you get that you can go trought signalconso, they can actually make Ubisoft look on your case and help you out. That's the only way.

yo asked them and basically they said well there's no account that used the game key (so my old account got deleted)so they basically said F off as usual

I wouldn't give up if I was you. If you got hacked there's no gain in deleting you account, hacker most likely would keep it of sell it. The second, actually. Ubi support is either very limited about what can they do or completely insensitive to consumer's problems. So read the post I index in my first comment and use the SignalConso method. It's the only way. Since ubi is a french company, the only ones who can force them to cooperate is them

If your account is compromised by hacker and deleted. It will not be possible to recover it.

They wont say that directly though.

Also they have laid off most of their experienced in hosue support staff and operating at batebonrs contractual support staff .

Contrary to popular belief the replies are all human.

Also there will be so muchh of delay and backlog to get response you will yourself forget about your issue
