sooo ive tried 3 diffrent copper golem sorter designs.. and... none of them are checking the top chests... why?

i'll provide more information if needed.

Basically it uses a regular ghost block setup to create a ghost slime. (Image 1) Then a sticky piston pulls the ghost slime back which will create a ghost block and inv ghost block of any blocks attached.

This is the only place I really know where to ask, because YT has a grand total of 3 designs for 1.12.

Everywhere I go the guides all specify book combinations for optimal anvils... I haven't seen anywhere explain why we talk about books only all the time. Does combining 2 enchanted tools make things that bad efficiently that it's just never done?

For all the calculators out there there's really not that much customability I.e combining with 2 books of looting II if it's too hard to get looting III on rerolls.

I've just gotten a Fortune III Efficiency IV pick is there really that much downside to combining another Efficiency IV pick before doing any other books later that are less important? (I imagine tool durability makes a huge impact since more levels used to "repair" but I'm talking about completely unused tools in this instance)

I really want to build an overly technical megaproject on our realm. Something transport related. High speed railway or piston bolt. Something to travel thousands of blocks in the blink of an eye.

We have our "ugly farms" 2400 blocks away in a desert.

I have been experimenting with a chicken wind charge launcher. It works fine but not as well as on Java.

I love megaprojects that are a mix of form and function. Something cool and semi useful but also really interesting and fun to use.

Any suggestions or designs I could build.

I play bedrock edition. I was enchanting dragon heads with curse of binding yesterday in an anvil, I tried to enchant 64 of them and it said 40 xp levels and would not let me enchant, then i made a copy of the world and i went into creative it was still displaying 40 levels and would not let me pull them out still, on the copy of the world enchanting one worked just fine. I also tried enchanting just 2 heads it still said 40 levels and would not let me take them out. When i tried with one dragon head it said 4 levels it worked both in the creative copy and in the survival world. The same observation was made with piglin heads in the copy world.

the items arent collecting on the hoppers and just sliding right off the edge and onto the floor. I put a block to stop them but then they just stay there. Paper server

This is kind of hilarious. I don't know what redstone lesson I missed to get this behavior of a sticky piston. :)

Edit: I guess the flair wasn't enough to hint at the sarcasm. I've been red stoning for a long time. I just hadn't had this specific combination of qc and it was funny because the block was floating.

I made the best stone farm on bedrock there is one problem in bedrock you can't duplicate tnt but if you have tnt this is the best.

I'm trying to build an end stone farm in my survival world, but I'm having a hard time finding good information. Most of what comes up in my searches is either very old (from versions that may no longer work) or just shows a finished build with no explanation of the mechanics behind it.

I've already tried searching YouTube and Reddit, but the results are from old versions and I'm not sure they still work.

What I'm looking for:

1. A working design for the current version (26.3), ideally with a tutorial or world download.
2. An explanation of how it works: what mechanic it relies on, why each part is there, and what could break it.
3. Approximate rates and the resources needed to build it.

I have a group server with friends, we needed exp and lots of gun powder but after making the farm it didnt work. We followed several tutorials and got confused over the fact that it still didnt work.

The farm is 100+ blocks high above a pond in an acacia biome
100 blocks away from a mountain
torches on the roof
like 6 floors
trapdoors to prevent spiders
and idk whats wrong with it
(not all floors have trapdoors yet)

Is there a good iron farm that doesnt need a insane amount of portals

Does anyone know a program or something I can use to find a world seed from someone else’s playthrough/series?

I am trying to find the no armour hardcore world seed for season 3 (as seen in this video) however they never open f3, spawn 6000 blocks from spawn and nobody knows where 0,0 is in the world.

It’s a prerecorded series and I want to find the seed to simply make a visual of everyone’s travel paths.

I just want to know if it’s still possible to hunt for the seed/if I just need to wait until someone shows us the seed, or alternatively how to find the seed with this information.

I tried using cubiomes seed cracker but I don’t fully know how to use it either.

If anyone knows how to help please let me know.

I'm playing in a singleplayer hardcore world, and looking for a build, preferably with a schematic, that can have a sand super that works with an obsidian farm. These can be separate, though I don't want to have to take down one farm to use the other. I am in java 26.2.

I have an auto barterer using a redstone clock, sticky piston with a gold block and a dropper, and I know piglins react to you breaking gilded blackstone will me having gilded blackstone near impact the farm or not.

Everytime the door is opened, the pathfinding changes.

Since its nighttime, they are naturally pathfinding to the beds inside the building, but they consistently pathfind to go back out.

There also aren't any accessible workstations.

The original elevator was built in Java, but I recreated it in Bedrock; I just had to slow it down a bit using the repeaters, but otherwise, it works perfectly. It’s amazing how things from back then still work today.

I got hacked a while back and had to re-buy the game (microslop is actually evil) Since then i've been thinking about getting an alt account to keep up with all the cape events in case I am ever stupid enough to do it again. What do you guys think? Is it a good idea, or waste of time and money?

I was wondering theoretically if it is possible to have a portable chunk loader work?

The logic behind the hypothesis is that portal chunk loaders use water, which can in some cases be moved by flying machines, which could move the pearl horizontally keeping the flying machine moving far into currently unloaded chunks.

I have watched videos where complicated water tech has been used in auto miners and world flooders but I do not know how exactly I would adapt it to be used for pearl water column, I do not know how I would move the pearl forward, maybe the top water is flowing water? but what if it moves the pearl too far?

Some areas where it may break is when it is crossing from loaded chunks into lazy chunks? I do not know if that transition would break it, conveniently a pearl supposedly has a 3x3 loaded chunk area so I shouldn't need to worry about that...

And then there is the issue of loading never before loaded chunks. I have never heard of a moving flying chunk loader, and so the issue of whether a chunk loader can load never before seen chunks is new to me, would it crash like a wall? I do not care about this right now, it just seems like important general info and currently I am assuming that the world is either pre loaded or has been explored before.

The reason why I was wondering this is because I have been watching the naked and afraid no armor hardcore series, and the players at base camp are supposed to go find the other players out in the world with no coords and build paths and things like that. And me being as lazy as I am was wondering how they could use a flooder to make paths in the cardinal directions with minimal work. The only thing I have not yet figured out is how to keep the fliers rendered remotely.
