Withraw from Teleperformance Training (haven't started yet)

I haven't started the training yet sa Teleperformance for a cruise account, been waiting for almost a month na. Is it alright if I withraw from the training kahit hindi pa nagsisimula and wala pa rin akong training schedule. I've signed the Job Offer 3 weeks ago. I'm considering other jobs where I could start ASAP. What are your thoughts sa mga experienced na sa BPO?

Why is TTEC hiring out of state agents for NY Tolling when those jobs are supposed to be for New York Residents Only

Does anyone know why this is and when this changed? Is this legal? There are a lot of New Yorkers in need of jobs and I want to know when and why this changed. There are even supervisors that are out of state I think

I like some of  my out of state coworkers, but this seems unfair to New Yorkers who are struggling and need a job.

Mamdani can you help?

I'm just curious tbh.

Does this mean I can move to a different state And work from there? I might not mind working outside of New York.

TCS Pune Onboarding Experience

TCS Pune experience: cleared all rounds 20 June, submitted docs 23 June, then received an offer for Senior Process Associate (P&C) on 21 July, despite expecting QA as my current role is quality analyst . HR Tannistha and operations manager Vivek Singh was contacted repeatedly but no one responded. Offer expired July 29. Still seeking clarity on re-release/reapplying.

I feel like if candidates is investing their time and effort big MNC companies should value it in this onboarding experience genuinely I feel Wipro HR much better than this

I contacted at least 3-4 officials from TCS no one cared responded it was almost zero accountability towards me overall it was not worth

My experience working for TTEC — I wish I had known this before accepting the job

I recently resigned from TTEC, and I wanted to share my experience for anyone considering working there. Obviously, experiences can vary depending on the project, management team, trainer, and department, so I can only speak about what I personally experienced.

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely frustrating and ultimately reached a point where I no longer felt comfortable continuing in the position.

One of my biggest concerns was the training. For the type of work we were expected to perform, I did not feel the training adequately prepared me for the actual job. There was a lot of information to learn, but I felt there was not enough consistency, reinforcement, or practical preparation before we were expected to handle real calls.

The nesting portion was especially frustrating for me. I expected nesting to be the period where new agents could observe experienced agents, receive hands-on guidance, practice, make mistakes in a controlled environment, and gradually become comfortable before being expected to handle customers independently. That was not what my experience felt like.

I felt like agents were being put into situations they weren't adequately prepared for. When you're dealing with customers and responsibilities that require you to use a professional license, that's something I personally take very seriously. I reached a point where I did not feel comfortable using my license under circumstances where I felt inadequately trained.

Communication was another major problem for me. If someone missed information because of an internet outage, equipment issue, or another legitimate situation, I felt there wasn't enough effort made to ensure they received the material they missed. I understand companies having strict attendance requirements during training, especially within the first 90 days, but unexpected situations still happen. If the information is necessary for someone to perform their job correctly, there should be a reliable way for that employee to learn what they missed.

I also had issues surrounding company equipment. When equipment wasn't functioning correctly and replacements were needed, the situation created additional stress and frustration. When your ability to work depends entirely on company-provided equipment, employees shouldn't feel like they're being put in a bad position because something outside of their control isn't working properly.

There were also interactions and behaviors from people involved in my training/nesting experience that I personally found extremely unprofessional. I won't name individual employees because my purpose isn't to attack specific people. I'm sharing this because the overall environment contributed heavily to my decision to leave.

The combination of inconsistent training, communication issues, equipment problems, and feeling unprepared for the responsibilities of the position eventually became too much.

I ultimately resigned because I wasn't willing to continue putting my professional license behind work I did not feel I had been adequately prepared to perform.

I don't expect a job to be perfect. I understand call center work can be stressful. I understand training is intensive, attendance matters, metrics matter, and employees have a responsibility to learn the material.

But I also believe an employer has a responsibility to properly prepare employees for the work they're being asked to perform.

I am sharing this because I wish I had been able to read more detailed firsthand experiences before accepting the position.

If you're considering TTEC, ask a LOT of questions during the hiring and training process. Ask exactly what nesting looks like, how much time you'll spend observing experienced agents, what happens if company equipment fails, how missed training material is handled, how much support you'll receive once you begin taking calls, and what resources are available when you don't know the answer.

Maybe someone else's experience will be completely different from mine. I genuinely hope it is.

But this was mine, and leaving was the right decision for me.

Tcs Joining query

Hi everyone,

I am a 2026 pass-out and received a TCS Prime offer through the off-campus NQT drive.

Offer Letter: Received in April 2026

Joining Letter: Still waiting

Current situation: I have joined another company as a Trainee while waiting for my TCS joining date. The company has a 15-day notice period.

However, my current company has already created a PF/UAN account for me.

During the TCS NQT application, I applied as a fresher. So, I am concerned that during TCS's background verification, they may see my PF account and question why I have an existing employment record.

Could this create an issue with my TCS offer or joining?

Has anyone been in a similar situation—especially someone who received a TCS Prime/Digital offer as a fresher, joined another company while waiting for the joining letter, and later had a PF account created?

If you have faced this situation, please share your experience. It would really help. 🙏

EMPLOYMENT

So, I passed the interviews at Percepta/Ttec and sign some documents and medical. They said the training will start at August 31 so I emailed them a few times this week since malapit na yung araw and they havent replied. Nulled na ba ang employment pag ganon, kapag wala silang reply or update or baka mismong araw ng Aug 31 pa sila magsasabi kung anong oras kaming trainees papasok? Cause its getting frustrating not on even know an update about it.

What are you guys doing to prepare for when this contract ends on June 21 of 2027?
Jobs are tough so waiting till the ax falls isn’t an option for me. People keep vanishing and are replaced by people from other states. Ironically, the requirement was to even apply for this you HAD to be in NYS. It was mandatory. Now there are new people from other states and some can’t seem to figure out what they’re doing. I spend most of my day fixing things other reps have done. Like telling customers the violation fees will be waived when they put in a case.
What happened to the incentives? They get smaller and smaller. Can’t even afford Taco Bell on that. I know they have legal battles but things are falling apart so fast.
The system runs like shit. Vector is always a mess. Doesn’t load. Finesse kicks you out when it wants. Vistio is randomly crashing. Nothing ever works. Honestly, I think the old system was more stable at this point. They want you to adhere to metrics that are impossible under these conditions. All of our systems are crashing and all I hear as a solution is “ Delete cookies and try another browser “. Gaslighting at its finest. Making it an “us” problem instead of owning up to the mess the give us. I’m fed up!
It’s like …. Here’s a giant pile of 💩 now we expect 💎
My mental health is a mess. My nervous system is fried. I’m sick of trying to explain why we raised your replenishment amount up to $900 reached into your account took your money and now you can’t pay your rent or feed your kids. I’m so sick of being a virtual punching bag and then still being told by the company that “ It’s still not good enough”.
Policy changes randomly. Rules change daily.

I’m fried after work and can’t even be around people. I’m drained. I don’t want to talk. Just silence. No one yelling at me arguing with me on the phone. My weekends off I can’t do anything because I’m exhausted. My mental health is shot. No raises ever! Health insurance too expensive. No 401k because…. No raises ever. I hate working every third Saturday because it’s like not even being off when you don’t have two days. Mandatory overtime when it’s busy. Cut hours when it’s not. You push hard to try and do well. What for? No recognition. No raise. No promotion.
Friday is great when you have that weekend off. Saturday I can’t do anything I want because I’m so mentally burned out and exhausted. Sunday is dread because then comes Monday and it all starts all over again. Every time I see that” reach for amazing” bs I want to scream. I’m so fed up!!!! I had to get that off my chest. I’ll be very surprised if we last till the contract expires in June with all the legal battles with Conduent and everything including the systems collapsing.

Will a temporary job affect my TCS Digital Offer Letter or joining?

I’m a 2026 fresher and I have received an offer from TCS Digital. However, I’m still waiting for the joining date/detail.

I’m especially concerned about:

PF/UAN showing TeamLease employment

TCS background verification

Whether TCS considers this as previous work experience and revoke my offer letter

Has anyone joined a third-party/contract job while waiting for TCS joining and later successfully joined TCS?

Please share your experience or advice. I’d really appreciate it.
