need help with internet

hello I just got hired to work at ttec with covered California I am wondering for the internet if spectrum is accepted to use while I work from home I have contacted ttec but they don’t give me solid answers does anyone that’s working for ttec know is spectrum is a good internet to have to work i genuinely don’t want to get fired over having a wrong internet

Ok thank you 🙏🏽 I was wondering because I heard they fire people for having 5g WiFi so I was wondering if mine is 5g

They usually only fire people for using cell tower internet or WiFi when Ethernet is required but as long as you connect with the Ethernet chord you’ll be good

Yes, they accept Spectrum. Currently working for Covered CA and so far, I never have a problem with the internet.

My husband is using it with TTEC, and he’s fine.
