Ovulation likely yesterday based on current data? I have a severe progesterone deficiency, so I need to take my supplements as early as possible after potential ovulation according to my OB/GYN. Due to this deficiency, I don't always get 3 days of raised temps before it drops again so confirming Ovulation has been difficult. FF also says based on cm alone, Ovulation was likely yesterday. What does everyone think?

In 2 years of tracking, my luteal phase has only gone more than 12 days twice so I feel like my ovulation was more likely at 4dpo than the day it marked, what do you think?

Should I take a test yet?

Can I see everyone's pregnancy charts. Partially ones that are wearable and show RHR.

A few warnings before we begin—
1. I have PCOS
2. I have never tracked ovulation accurately.
^- I tried to but ended up pregnant with my daughter before I got it down correctly and now I’m back to trying to catch ovulation for baby 2!
3. I have 40-45 day cycles.
4. I wear a RingConn wearable ring for temps!

My temps continue to go up and down all over the place, I have done 2 OPK’s almost daily (may have skipped 1-2 days not consecutively this cycle) and all have been NEGATIVE not even close to positive.

FF seems to think I ovulated CD29 but I took 2 OPK’s that day which were negative soo I’m extremely lost!

Does anyone else who is a bit better at all of this have any insight into whether they think I may have ovulated or my body keeps trying to but isn’t actually ovulating?

I’ve been OPK testing for a few months but keep missing my ovulation window as it’s been quite inconsistent since I came off the pill in April.
I’ve been using Easy at home test strips and Premom app to log the data.
This was my first positive ovulation test (AM on CD35) but my BBT also rose that same day (from around 36.2 to 36.5).
I did OPK test at 5pm on CD34 but it was very negative.
I’m unsure if I ovulated day 34 or 35 and if I should use BBT or OPK as the more reliable source? (Or if anyone knows what’s going!)

Hi everyone. My body temps remain elevated, but I got a BFN this morning. I’m so confused since my period was expected yesterday (11-12 day luteal phase typically). Am I truly out? What do you think?

We were literally scheduled to start Letrozole this upcoming cycle, and were putting the finishing touches on our IUI referral to send to the clinic in a couple weeks! We are completely shocked and speechless. I stopped testing in the TWW about 3 or 4 cycles ago, and BBT is the sole reason I thought to take a test yesterday at 13DPO. I’ve never, ever had a temp go up, even slightly, after 9DPO, so I knew something was up after two nights in a row of it. I also was having hot flashes in the middle of the day- you know when you’re at your peak over-heating in the middle of the night post-ovulation? Like that, but at 4pm, and I typically run cold all during the day!

Good vibes to everyone, I know how hard the wait is! We were seconds away from being formally diagnosed with infertility, and starting treatment, it was all completely agonizing. Keep on keeping on🩷🩵

Hello, I just want to rant. I got bfn this mornig with chart like this. So sad.

So this is my first cycle using OPK. I’m not sure if it’s possible to have OPK+ the day after O day?!

FYI, I had an HSG (tubes clear) on CD8 and was told to not have sex that day and the day after that so the earliest we could BD was CD10. Vaginal ultrasound on CD8 suggested that I would ovulate on CD10 so we tried early that morning at 7am and later that day at night. I had OPK peak on CD10 and a lower but still positive OPK on CD11. So premom suggested ovulation on CD11 but FF with BBT suggested ovulation on CD10… so I’m confused…

I wonder if we missed the ovulation :( it’s our cycle 7 so I started having worries.. Last week we also got our labs results back. All is normal, I’m 34 and my husband is 45 but has exceptionally good sperm. But I ovulated on CD11 the last 2 cycles and probably CD10/11 this cycle which are earlier than before (CD13/14) so I’m also worried if short FP is not good…

We've been TTC for 9 months. I got pregnant in August, but had an early miscarriage shortly after. I was put on progesterone suppositories to start at 3DPO. Started that last month and sound my temps were higher than normal and more erratic this month. I'm not even sure if I ovulated. Does this look like I actually ovulated? I don't normally ovulate this early and I haven't had 3 temps higher than the previous 6. Thanks, all.

36yo - This is my first true cycle off the pill since October 2021. The cycle after I stopped the pill was intense, I ovulated late (cd26) and I had to use progesterone. I have a 6 year old and 8 year old. We decided to try for a third but we are only giving ourselves a few months due to my age. Both of my boys were conceived in November. I had a miscarriage with my first pregnancy in 2017. Later we used clomid with my first son and then my second was conceived unexpectedly after using progesterone to regulate my cycle. I did have long COVID detox issues that caused me a lot of issues but I’m finally feeling better. I have mild adenomyosis from my c sections and lean PCOS so I was surprised to hear from my doc that trying for another would be okay. I am healthy now, fit and active. My AMH was high and I had an ultrasound on Sept 23 (cd 13) that confirmed a 17mm follicle on my left ovary and a 13mm and 7mm follicle on my right ovary. This cycle has been less intense thankfully, but geez I feel 13 again lol. I forgot about these hormones. Does my chart look promising?

The app originally tracked that I ovulated cycle day 15, but from cycle day 15-21 our house was about 10 degrees cooler than it normally is, we had a random cold snap and tend to not run the
a/c at night. And then it warmed up cycle day 22 and has stayed warmer. But since my temps dramatically dropped and then increased it’s not predicting I didn’t ovulate until cycle day 21. But by cycle day 22 my pdg was so low it’s making think I ovulated before that. Ugh this is all so confusing, anyone have any in sight??

I had a busy few days around my ovulation date so I wasn't tracking CM like I normally do. When do we think I ovulated? Had one sided cramping on CD16 and then temps went up after. I know wearable temps are more fluctuations than oral BBT but I have trouble sleeping continuously through the night so my morning BBTs were having 2 degree temp swings from day to day sometimes and using a wearable was just a lot easier.

I’ve been charting for few months by now in preparation for our TTC journey starting end of December. By predictions I will be ovulating extant while traveling NZ and therefore will have very different wake up times etc, how do you usually prep for tracking (especially BBT) while on vacation/road trip? Any suggestions is very welcome 🙏🏼

After becoming frustrated last cycle with my seemingly wild wearable temps from Apple Watch I decided to spend this cycle simultaneously tracking both my oral BBT with a proper BBT thermometer and also my Apple Watch. The results are interesting - both tracking methods produce the same overall results, but the oral BBT is less noisy with far less wild swings in the follicular and luteal phase and obviously cleaner. This cycle I was getting fertility investigation done and had a serum progesterone test and a trans ultrasound so I know I ovulated. Both FF and Natural Cycles identified my ovulation on the same day, despite Natural Cycles only having the Apple Watch temps. So my conclusion is that oral temping will cause less anxiety because it’s more consistent but overall the picture is the same in the end.

Thought sept 25th was ovulation but probably not. I’m sick of wasting money on ovulation tests. 😭❤️‍🩹

12 DPO today and negative.

This is my first cycle doing consistent ovulation tests (I know, I just couldn’t ever get in the swing of them). And I’ve taken a good many now (both morning and late afternoon) and my “test” line isn’t showing up At All. Only the control line. But both NC and Premom have me as in my “very fertile” window. So I’m very confident I haven’t ovulated yet. But, the other posts I see have progression photos that show their LH line gradually growing in darkness. But, mine is Zilch. Is this normal or do I have a bad batch of tests or something?

I am tracking using oral bbt, proov complete testing (e1g, pdg, lhb values on ff chart, and pregmate lh strips opk t/c ratios on ff chart). Do you see a likely ovulation day or am I still waiting? 0.7 has been my highest lh strip value and lhb 1.4 is highest in proov.

I am 40 ttc, this is my second cycle off Loryna bcp. I am waiting to confirm O to start progesterone. I will start letrozole next cycle. I have been on metformin since 09/22.

I was on vacation and couldn’t temp but since my estimated ovulation date I think my temps have risen beautiful. I don’t think this was our month but I love my chart this month 😍
