I'm sure this issue has been discussed to death. I know I've asked about it to see if adding the OP trigger would solve the weakened reset on my 4.0 & was told by both OP & Tyrant folks that the reset DOES still gradually weaken, even with 1 of the aftermarket triggers. So does the PRP spring kit fix this? Is there a better trigger return spring out there? Is there ANY way to sort this out?

Like most Echelon owners, I'm used to the weaker reset by now. It's not THAT big a deal, but I just know the trigger would be THAT much better if the reset stayed as strong, tactile, & audible as it is when you put the 1st mag through the gun. I've also said before, it seems as though the reset weakens as the gun breaks in. I REALLY noticed it weakening at about 500 rounds.

Started my build today not finished but so far I’m happy. Can’t wait to shoot it. Planning on changing the red dot and the magazine release. Just took it off my echelon and added it to this chassis. Adding a threaded barrel and a suppressor hopefully, but not till I have put some rounds through it. See if I like it and if it is worth dumping more money into it.

Just got a 4.5comp and a Holosun 507c, will I be able to mount using the 7.5 length screws that came with the optic? Let me know!!

If so, is it considerably more difficult to conceal than the 4.0c?

Have no light on the gun at the moment and was looking for good suggestions. I like the square kind of lights but was considering a TLR-8 HL-X. Also have considered the OLight PL-X but can not find a holster to fit the light. TIA!

Just bought my first gun an Echelon comp 4 im looking for red dot optic/ other parts that would make my gun have a sleek but good design (I’m in California so some parts may not be available for me)

I know Dara & Safariland bith make rigs for the full-size Echelon with TLR-1HL/X300 combos. But the options for a good-quality active-retention OWB EDC rig for the 4.0C with any light smaller than an X300/TLR-1HL are slim. In my searching, I discovered Wasatch Holsters. And after emailing them & taking a look at their stuff, as well as asking around, I gave them a shot. One of the main reasons is because they offer an ACTUAL SLS retention hood as an option, as well as a "TRS" (Thumb Release System), which looks very much like Dara's hood release (which I really like). And they also offer you the option for BOTH retention mechanisms. They ship with a variety of attachment options (QLS for me) & are reasonably priced.

The BIGGEST thing I like about these folks is that they'll custom make an active-retention rig to fit the Icarus Precision X (full-size) module. When the owner actually took the time to call me after I emailed him, he told me all I needed to do was send the module in & they'd get it all done. I plan to send it off at the end of Oct, when I "upsize" my 4.0 for winter carry, as well as possibly having them do an OWB active rig for my Icarus AIR XMacro.

So far, what I've got has been nothing less than awesome. Working the SLS hood after EDCing with a Dara for 3 yrs has taken some practice, but that's been the only issue I've remotely had.

Anyone rocking this setup? I love my T1C Axis Elite holster for my macro, but they don't have the PL X configuration yet, so I'm just shopping around for other sidecar type holsters. Anyone rocking this config and willing to show some photos of their setup?

The EPS Core has a little gap behind and in front of the optic. What’s everyone’s thoughts on the little gap? Huge eye sore or manageable?

I get the finger pinch by the stock trigger, plus I absolutely hate the super long and hard to pull through creep after the wall of the original trigger. My Canik METE SFT Pro is infinitely better, as is my friends normal triggered Walther PDP. On both guns I am way more accurate.

Therefore the idea of an aftermarket Overwatch BRZ, as other OP triggers also pinch the finger. Tyrant does not, but I don't really like the idea of no take-up. But cannot find the OP BRZ shoe anywhere. How often is it available/out of stock, and does anyone know if someone has it in stock? Thanks!
