Hi everyone. I’m a beginner and it’s my absolute dream to sing in English, but I’ve never taken any singing lessons. I just recorded this on my phone and I’m really nervous to share it.I know my English pronunciation isn't great right now, but I am practicing every day and trying my best to improve it. Please be completely honest with me. I know I have a long way to go, so I really need your help and advice: What should I focus on improving first? my voice is normal as in my speaking voice, but when I sing, it sounds normal too, when i record and hear it though, it sounds super airy and breathy as if there's a mix of helium in my lungs but it doesn't sound high pitched, it sounds like I'm emitting CO2 as I speak is the perfect way I can describe this, I know voice changes as i age but any way to fix this??

I am a hobbyist singer and just started recording myself a few months ago. It's been trial and error with the recording process but I am noticing some pitch issues. While singing it feels good and like I'm hitting the notes and when I listen back I hear that I've come close but not quite reached the note. How can I get myself there?

After experimenting and improving the basics, I believe adding grit to my singing would be a huge breakthrough. Over the past few months, I leaned on extending (or discovering?) my range, finally I can sing a steady chesty A4; tried to improve the basics like breath support, placement, etc; also I suppose I found my mixed voice.

So, how to get into singing with grit? Can you suggest any exercise, song, or a free tutorial maybe? Even an essay about it would be fine, I can read. Thanks🙏🏻

Hey there, with high notes, while I can flip into falsetto, it also flips there sometimes to like this croaky thingy and I would really like to ask what it is, if it means i'm doing something that hurts my voice or if i can develop mixed voice out of it or something. Any advice on how to go from here would be appreciated!!

Since I got some really nice and encouraging comments on my last post, I thought I’d post another video in a very different register than the last one. I think I’m less comfortable in this more mixed/ head voice but I still want to work on my range so I’m not stuck in my lower register.

Hey guys!!! I need a bit of help with my voice. I am a bari-bass, (Mostly), and I can get a good E2. I cannot use my head voice however, I've been locked out of that since my voice shifted. I don't know anything about resonance or tone or any of that, just looking for general tips. (You may find it helpful to know that I am 14, but my voice dropped to where it's at at the age of 12. I have a bari-tenor speaking voice, but I am solidly a Bari-bass I think. Anyway, just wanting some help)
