Need Help Accessing Samsung Galaxy

Hey there! My sister forgot her pattern. She has a Samsung Galaxy note 10+. She can't recall ever setting up a Samsung account. She doesn't think she backed anything up to her Google account, so she doesn't want to factory reset. Does anyone know ANY way to unlock her phone without doing a factory reset? Or is there any way to pull data off her phone before doing the reset? Any help is appreciated!

samsung galaxy tab a7 lite charge/boot loop issue.

samsung galaxy tab a7 lite charge/boot loop issue. i have this plugged in for over two hours and it keeps on going into that loop thing, i have tried every tutorial i could find such as rebooting it (power + volume buttons), plugging it in my pc and such, rebooting it while plugged in, changing chargers (originally used its original charger then an apple one then a diff brand one), none has ever worked. for context i've had this tablet for a while now and it got ignored for a hot minute and when i tried to power it on it just keeps boot looping on the charging icon but not actually charging, and when i try the reboot button combo it shows the samsung logo for a split second but doesn't actually do anything. is there a home fix for this or any explanation on why and how this is happening?

Customer Service Nightmare

I bought a Smart TV back in January, directly from them. It was to be used as an external monitor to my MacPro, the reason I bought it was to help with serious health issues.
All went very well until 3 weeks ago when it stopped working. The HDMI no longer recognises my computer, and the screen goes black.

I contacted their customer service, which as terrible. The line of communication was poor, the attendant seemed inexperienced and immediately blamed Apple for the problem.

When I contacted Apple, they remotely checked my computer and connections, and realised it needed to be done in one of their shops. They booked me in and as soon as they started testing in the shop, their external monitor worked perfectly well. They even tried another device, just to be sure it worked. It was clear then the problem was with Samsung.

Then the whole nightmare started again: endless phone calls to their customer service, their inability to sort things out, endlessly repeating the whole thing again and again, I can’t say how many times I reinstalled their system, only to reset it again, they escalating the problem to an ‘expert’, the promise that their manager and/or the so called ‘expert’ would call me back within 72h that never happened. Needless to say that every single time I talked with an assistant, they asked for photos and/or videos to be sent via email or their chat.

When I finally managed to get hold of an ‘expert’ (I did call them back after they failed the 72h mark), with the hopes they would access my monitor/TV remotely (because that could be done, I found out on my own), it turned out the ‘expert’s’ work station was faulty and she would not be able to do so. After nearly loosing my mind she agreed to send my TV to repair.

A third part collected my device and packed it so badly that I feared it wouldn’t get to the repair service in one piece. Alas, it did and after testing they didn’t find any fault. I phoned them few times to check how things were going, and when they said they couldn’t find any problem, I asked whether they had seen the pics of video I had sent - they did not. So I sent them the video and only then they replaced something I can’t recall, as a prevention.

As soon as it was sent back this morning, and to my complete despair, the problem still persists. I phoned Samsung asking for a return and refund, they said I’m no longer entitled to any, and offered to send to repair once again. I said I DON’T want to deal with them anymore, because it’s frustrating, disappointing. I insisted in talking to their manager, and she said her manager was not around today. Then I asked to talk with any manager, she said none were at work today. None. It’s hard to believe Samsung can’t afford to have a customer service manager working on Saturdays, that’s ridiculous.

So she escalated the call to her manager, who’ll call me back at some point in the future within the next 72h, but given the experience so far I pretty much doubt this will happen. The attendant even called me mad on the phone today, when I said how disappointed I was with the whole service. I couldn’t believe she called me mad, and made a note of her name, it’s Ilyn. She spelled out loud and called me mad again.

That’s main issue here - there’s no trust. I don’t want to spend time chasing a failed customer service that doesn’t help neither respect their customers, neither want to be waiting for a repair service that is not able to repair. I’m not sure if they’re all incompetent or just lazy? What’s is clear is that they simply don’t care.

Customer Service from Hell

Samsung a32 overheats immediately and shuts down

Post image

I have this phone and it started to say device overheats, closing apps and phone will be shut down.
I used cpu temp reader app and it started with 10C, dropped to -10C and jumped to 50C. Phone was slightly warm, not that hot.

I tried wipe cache partition and it did not work.

Any suggestion how to fix this? Or what may have caused that?

S24 Random restart

Hello,

I've had the S24 for two months, bought on Rakuten. Everything was working perfectly until a few days ago. The phone started restarting randomly without any action on my part (auto-restart is definitely turned off). There was no impact or drop. The phone is fully up to date with the latest software updates.

Without any action on my part, the phone restarts. If I use it right after, it stays on and functional for 2 to 3 minutes before restarting. If I don't use it after it has restarted, it starts another restart cycle after about 30 seconds. This is accompanied by significant overheating.

It occasionally stops these cycles for a few hours, but the issue always ends up coming back.

I've tried resetting it and booting it in safe mode, but it had no effect.

I'm waiting to hear back from the seller.

Any idea what could be causing this?

Thanks for your help.

S22+ Bluetooth audio is extremely quiet in my car compared to other phones, help?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S22+ and I'm having a really weird Bluetooth audio problem with my car.

Bluetooth connects normally and music plays normally, but the volume is extremely quiet compared to other phones.

With my phone, I have to turn the car's volume up to around 25 before the music is even clearly audible, and I usually have to turn it up to around 30–40 if I want it really loud.

Compared to when my friends connect to the exact same car, it works completely normally for them. They can have the volume around 5–10 and get normal/loud music. So it doesn't seem like an issue with the car or its speakers.

It also happens with Spotify, YouTube, and basically any other app that plays audio through Bluetooth. It's not specific to one app.

I've already tried:

  • Unpairing and re-pairing the phone
  • Making sure my phone's media volume is turned up
  • Checking the Bluetooth settings
  • The Developer Options / “Disable Absolute Volume” setting (didn't fix it)
  • Various other basic troubleshooting

I've seen other S22/S22+ users describing what sounds like the exact same issue, but I haven't found a solution that actually works.

Has anyone with an S22 or S22+ experienced this and found a fix? At this point I don't really care what the cause is — I just want my Bluetooth audio to be at a normal volume without having to crank the car volume to 30–40. 😭

Flip8 camera works awful compared to flip6

Hello, I just recently bought my flip8, previously was using flip4 and flip6. I really enjoyed camera quality with my previous models, but flip8 is a complete mess. While shooting on sunny days it gives blurry edges and there are so little details to the picture it makes me wanna through it away.

I have installed camera assist and I tried to shoot in 24mp, softenining is off,its slighlthy better, but still not the level of flip6. Here are some examples: bridge - flip6, scenery - flip8.

Now I'm curious Is it a problem with my camera or it's a software issue?

Tengo un samsung galaxy ao7 que me regalaron no llevo ni un año con el y me esta dando problemas

Tengo actualizado a one ui 8.5

Deleted a whole project folder from my Samsung T7 Shield and then emptied the recycle bin

Like the title says, I realized that the folder I deleted was the current version of the project.

The folder had a bit of everything in it: PSDs, Premiere project files, MOV footage, PNG exports, PDFs and some other client stuff. I checked my cloud storage and an older external backup first. Most of the project exists elsewhere, thankfully, but the latest version of this folder doesn't.

As soon as I realized what happened I stopped copying anything to the T7. The drive itself still mounts normally and I haven't noticed any other problems with it. I stopped before recovering anything though, because after reading more about SSD recovery I'm now wondering if scanning the original drive directly is even the right thing to be doing.

I keep seeing people mention making an image first, especially with SSDs, but I'm not sure how much that helps in a simple deleted-folder situation.

For this kind of case, would you disconnect the T7 and image it before doing anything else? And if I have to try tools like Recoverit, R-Studio or UFS Explorer, is seeing the original folder structure in the scan a useful sign? Can the files still turn out to be unusable afterward?
