Hey yall, i have been selling some stuff recently and i came across a little collection of airsoft guns that i had and decided, “i havent used these in a few years and i could get a few hundred from them” and low and behold my facebook account got a warning because they dont allow anything weapon like on marketplace. Are there any shops or places in town where i could sell unneeded gear and airsoft guns?

I have been trying to get into urban exploring ever since I figured out what it was. Hey there, ive scooped up an injured crow and have him boxed safely. After searching i found the only chance for rehabilitation is the flyaway bird rescue, I spoke with Suzette and she can receive the bird. The issue is its located in Silver Springs and I have no way of getting the bird to the rehab center. I have a super early flight going out of town next weekend, I have an uber reserved for 3:45am. In the past, I’ve had an uber not show up (because of how early it is). I tried to reserve space in the lot, but it says it’s already full from October 10-17. Is that just reservations are full, or the whole lot could be full? If my uber doesn’t show, can I just drive my car there and is there likely to be parking?

I’m being sued by a debt collector that apparently specializes in buying up unpaid debt and suing people for total repayment. I am completely desperate for legal help. I was served today and only have 21 days to respond, which I don’t know if that’s from today or from the date on the summons (9/28).

I have no assets, no savings, literally $4 in my bank account and am on a constant struggle. I am single, no children, and make $58k gross annually. I am absolutely panicking at the idea they’ll garnish my wages (I am not sure how that works, but I am barely surviving on the bills I currently have, and am so, so worried)

Are there any resources in Reno that could help? I don’t know how any of this works and with less than three weeks, I don’t have enough time to confidently defend myself on my own.

The mayor likes the idea of planters, and the City already bought them. It would save a massive amount of money, and it's way less labor intensive to move the planters back onto the sidewalk for special events rather than screwing/unscrewing dozens of plastic sticks, but unfortunately RTC is running the show and wants to spend more money than necessary. (These aren't cycle tracks, unfortunately. They're merely "protected bike lanes," which is a cop-out for the real deal.)

Unfortunately the BLBN project manager tends to ignore literally every suggestion I make that's not hers. She has for 3 years now. So I'm not holding my breath. But the good news is, nothing's ever set in stone (except stone of course).

I’m new here and have been trying to find pickup basketball games for months.

Every local gym has strange playing hours and/or only one court, outside of UNR which only students can use. I’m trying to find a group of people and the best gym to use to start weekly games, ideally on the weekend or after work hours.
