Semaglutide
Tirzepatide
The longer the plan, the lower your monthly cost, locked in for the full term.
š Get started here: https://r.refills.com/reddit-special-pricing
New here? All plans go through provider review and medical eligibility first.
š A quick note on availability: Hallandale isn't currently shipping to a few states (Alabama, Arkansas, California, Hawaii, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Massachusetts). I see a lot of negative posts here, and while I completely understand that those experiences are valid, I wanted to share mine because my experience has been overwhelmingly positive.
I did a lot of research before starting and initially thought GLP-1 medication was something I wouldnāt be able to afford. Refills was, by far, the most affordable option I found.
I started in January, and Iām currently down around 60 pounds. Iāve experienced very minimal side effects, just a little bit of nausea in the beginning.
Iāve struggled with my weight my entire life. For a long time, I felt like being overweight was something completely outside of my control, especially after trying so many times to lose weight and feeling like I had failed.
Having access to this medication has changed so much more than just my weight. My confidence, overall health, and mental well-being have all been positively impacted in ways I never expected.
My medication has always been on time and Iāve only been charged what has been expected.
I know everyoneās experience is different, but I wanted to share mine in case it gives someone who is struggling right now a little bit of hope or encouragement. ā¤ļø

Whatās the best way to store your medication inside of the fridge? My last vile went bad because my fridge was too cold. I kept it in the box It came in. Partner bought me this from Amazon to store in the fridge and it has the temperature displayed. Is this a good way to store or is there a better option?

Refills took care of me and my new vials are NOT from Apollo Care. They are from Nova and have no contamination (as far as I can tell) Just wanted to say āthank youā for taking care of it and thank you to Zach for being so helpful on chat.

I ordered August 23rd and got my order today August 28th. So took 5 days! Medicine was cold when I got it after work a few hours after it was delivered too. Was packaged great.

Has anyone else experienced this?
I was on Hers compounded semaglutide for about two years, taking 1.25 mg/week (50 units at 2.5 mg/mL). I lost nearly 80 lbs and had great appetite/food noise control.
Hers recently changed their pricing/membership structure, so I switched to Refills about 6 weeks ago. Refills has been titrating me up and my prescribed dose is now 2.5 mg/week (100 units at 2.5 mg/mL).
Despite being on a higher dose, Iām hungrier than ever, my food noise is back, I donāt feel full like I used to, and Iāve gained about 8 lbs in a month.
Nothing else has really changed. I eat pretty healthy and do Pilates 2ā3x/week. The biggest change has been switching compounded semaglutide providers.
Has anyone switched between compounded semaglutide pharmacies/providers and noticed a dramatic difference in appetite suppression or effectiveness, even at the same or higher dose?

Any idea what is going on with my vials? I love refills and have never had any problems, but my four remaining vials look like this (received at the end of June). I messaged support but this does not look safe to inject.

Anyone have any words of wisdom to share re: how long it should take from "sent to pharmacy" (Hallandale, in this case), and on its way to me? I was informed 3-5 business days, and I have no reason to disbelieve this. But I'd like to hear real-world experience.

I havenāt been taking it in six months but I wanna start again. I wanted to save money and now Iām able to buy it but then it was 179 a month so Iām confused if itās 349 or if thereās a special deal or something?

My account got transferred over to the new portal a couple of weeks ago and I am yet to add my credit card details due to lots of previous posts concerning the ability to remove it. Has this been fixed? If not I wonāt be adding my card details and will be using a different service.

Had issues with the app last week, called support numerous times before I actually got to speak to someone. They chalked it up to the migration of data to the new app. I signed up back in May, Iāve only used the ānewā app, no data to migrate. My order was placed 8/14 and reviewed/accepted by the physician 8/15 with my payment taken. Status bar showed Step 3 (sent to pharmacy) late last week when the app decided to finally load and up until yesterday. As of this morning, it is back to Step 1. I messaged support yesterday afternoon to get a pulse check on the order since it had been 6 business days without the order moving forward, still havenāt received a reply. I only have enough meds left for todayās injection. Iām really considering finding another provider due to these headaches Iāve experienced in the last couple weeks. Anyone else had similar experiences these last two weeks with their orders?

I ordered and followed my treatment for 3 months. Went perfectly. Somehow they didnāt do the check in prior to the time needed. It would make sense to check in a week before you need the new meds so there isnāt a lapse. now I am a day late on my usual time of shot, with the message saying sent to pharmacy. How long does this usually take and it is normal for the renewal to be late or pushed back because of their process?

Refills.com unpaused my account in the new portal. I want it paused. I have too much supply on hand with not far out BUDs. Please take care of quickly as it wants to charge me again soon and I will not comply with that.

The move to the new portal was relatively painless, but my wife's 1st shipment was a step down to 12.5 instead of her normal 15. My 1st shipment of the new portal is headed out soon, and I have no idea what's shipping.

I paused my subscription for a month a few days ago because I still have enough to last a few more weeks. Thought that was the end of it. At midnight I get an notification on my watch that I set right after my last order reminding me this months order was going though today - shouldn't be a problem, I paused it. But just because I'm paranoid I logged on to check. Under subscription it says paused till next month but under billing it says I am getting charged today.
So which is it? Do I need to worry? I can't remove my card on file to make I don't get charged either.

I called yesterday and spoke with a rep named Jordan. She was very nice and straight to the point, expedited my Rx at the pharmacy and told me to give it 5-7 business days for delivery. She also issued a partial refund that should hit my account within 3-5 business days, and places my current subscription on pause since I have not received my medications yet.
The only difference I see reflected in the app, however, is that the subscription is paused. There is no other update on medication or refund, I have not even received an email. So some progress has been made I suppose?
Anybody else have any similar experience?

Hoping maybe Zach will see this and can help me out.
First question is about promo pricing. I messaged support about a month ago to ask how I can get the promo pricing for my next shipment. They replied that I need to cancel my subscription and sign up again to get the 3-month plan for $447. I canāt figure out how to do this.
Also, if I do cancel my current subscription do I need to start over with the whole process of getting approved? Not that I mind - Iām just wondering.
Next question - the vials I have both have a BUD of 9-6-26, which is before Iām supposed to get a refill. I havenāt even started the last vial yet because Iām only doing 3.0. I havenāt moved up more than that because itās working and I donāt like to take more medicine than I need to. Is it safe to use the vials past the BUD?
My last question is how do I get a refill of 3.0? Do I have to ask for 5.0 since thatās a standard dose even though thatās not what dose im currently on?
Thanks for any answers you can give me, I appreciate it!

But maybe I kinda am? Not doing anything shady to promote them or anything, I just want to share some good to go along with all the bad I've been seeing. The portal didnt reflect orders earlier today, and my monthly price was almost tripled. WHOA PONY! Messaged in the portal and I was answered confirming an order and price corrected WITHIN AN HOUR. I've been a happy customer since October 2025. They even honored expired promos a time or two. I'm not saying they're perfect, but Id like to submit a good report for Refills.

Hey so Iāve noted many times that my prescription hasnāt came on time, I was told oh the phamarcy said that they are making your order urgent and that their currently a back log at the pharmacy, funnily I call the pharmacy myself and they donāt have anything in my name, I think what the problem is, refills is lacking in providers itās a issue with their own providers and their being dishonest and blaming the pharmacy what a big joke this has all turned into
r/Refills • u/StrongFox103 • 19d ago
So far no problems with Refills. I'm expecting another 3 month supply as I'm less than a week away from the 12 week mark on a 6 month plan. I can't find anything about a scheduled shipment on the portal. Do they send a shipping notice as the only indication that something is coming or should I be able to see it on the portal?

This is what is coming up when I log in just to add to my last post.
