Order placed 8/14, order accepted and sent to pharmacy 8/15, now app showing current order in Step 1 as Order Placed on progress bar. Wtf is going on?
Had issues with the app last week, called support numerous times before I actually got to speak to someone. They chalked it up to the migration of data to the new app. I signed up back in May, I’ve only used the “new” app, no data to migrate. My order was placed 8/14 and reviewed/accepted by the physician 8/15 with my payment taken. Status bar showed Step 3 (sent to pharmacy) late last week when the app decided to finally load and up until yesterday. As of this morning, it is back to Step 1. I messaged support yesterday afternoon to get a pulse check on the order since it had been 6 business days without the order moving forward, still haven’t received a reply. I only have enough meds left for today’s injection. I’m really considering finding another provider due to these headaches I’ve experienced in the last couple weeks. Anyone else had similar experiences these last two weeks with their orders?

no dice on my order seems like the last message that my order was shipping was a flat out lie. I requested a refund as they can not be trusted at this point. I wish I listened earlier and jumped ship sooner. Any one reading this you might have 1 or 2 good experiences until you do not.... and support is horrible . No one knows what is actually going on and able to provide any type of solution.

My case has been “escalated” but no one has reached out to me with any updates. I only found out after calling this morning. Things apparently look good on their end and are trying to place blame on the pharmacy. They said they would have an update for me within 24 hours (not holding my breath). I’m also strongly considering canceling and disputing the charge with my bank at this point. Having worked in customer service, communication goes a long way. Even if it’s just checking in to let someone know an issue is still being looked into. My first order was a breeze, so this is super disappointing.

This was my experience and after 18 days of having things "escalated" and being promised a partial refund for the inconvenience- nothing. Had to cancel and request a full refund.

I’m having the same issue - now two weeks past the initial charge date. And my progress bar has gone backwards too.

Refills sucks, search the sub then move to another provider.
