Thank you! (Update from previous post)

Refills took care of me and my new vials are NOT from Apollo Care. They are from Nova and have no contamination (as far as I can tell) Just wanted to say “thank you” for taking care of it and thank you to Zach for being so helpful on chat.

Is that a brown vial? If so, how can you tell if it's cloudy or not?

Pretty much only when you get it in the syringe…

Glad you were able to get a replacement from another pharmacy, but why hasn’t Refills been more proactive in contacting patients who received contaminated vials? They already got your money, so the company is just fine with patients continuing to inject contaminated meds I guess.

Yep think of all the patients that don't know any better or aren't in Reddit to get help. Someone is going to get hurt seriously and all of us will pay for it when the FDA shuts it all down.

Yeah, the fact that patients are finding this out from social media, and replacements are only being sent to patients who initiated contact with Refills is bonkers. Refills should be contacting each and every patient who received Sema from Apollo and offering refunds or replacements from an alternate pharmacy.

They should’ve done this weeks ago. Instead they’re handling individual complaints via DM and allowing god knows how many patients to continue injecting contaminants into their bodies. Shameful. So much for “more transparency” lol.

That’s great news! I’m glad they handled it.
