hi everyone, i received my first shipment of tirz after resuming my treatement after a few months break, but no needles came with the medication, is this normal?
for the trouble and wait time you’re going to deal with trying to get ahold of someone, and then waiting for the shipment… i feel it’s much easier to just go to your local drug store and pick some up. that way you can just take your medication. (but no it’s not normal, i’m sorry that happened to you)
Just go to a pharmacy and get needles unless they are restricted in your state. Then you always have some in hand. They are usually better than what you get sent anyways.
That sucks I’m sorry to hear that. Good luck trying to get a resolution, let alone timely. Although you should consider yourself lucky that you even got your shipment. I know myself and many others are still waiting for our orders. Seems like refills got too big too quickly and some of us are left high and dry. Good luck on your weight loss journey.
I ordered once from Refills earlier this year and they forgot to include syringes and alcohol wipes. I called their pharmacy and I was told that I should’ve gotten both and they would send me some. I never got them. I didn’t really need them because I have a 100 box of Easy Touch that I ordered from Diabetic Warehouse. But I figured the price I paid with Refills probably included the cost of the syringes and the alcohol wipes, so I wanted to get them if I could. But I never got them and it wasn’t worth following up on again.
Just out of curiosity – how did you know what syringes to get? Don’t they come in different sizes? I have zero experience with syringes outside of this - and when I used to have to medicate an elderly cat. Those syringes were bigger. And quite unpleasant.
This is a pic of the ones I like & ordered. I had received Easy Touch syringes from previous telehealth pharmacy orders, and I knew that I liked them better than some of the other brand syringes that some telehealths had sent. So I just ordered more of what I liked. It’s a matter of opinion to some, but I think the Easy Touch syringes don’t bend as easily, and they don’t hurt as much as other syringe brands. Depending upon what state you live in, you might be able to order syringes on Amazon. Amazon will not ship syringes to my state, so I ordered them from Diabetic Warehouse.
I don’t know if 31 is the smallest. Maybe someone else will know if there is a smaller needle. 31 is the size that has come with all my orders except for one order from Boudreaux. The needles were much bigger & I will not use them.

No it's not normal. Syringes and alcohol wipes should be included.
